【摘要】：面對高等教育經(jīng)費(fèi)不足、人才缺失、國際化程度低等困境,俄羅斯對高等教育進(jìn)行了大刀闊斧的改革,并探索建設(shè)世界一流大學(xué)的俄羅斯模式。俄羅斯世界一流大學(xué)建設(shè)重視整體改革、規(guī)劃引領(lǐng)和聚焦人才培養(yǎng)。圣彼得堡國立信息技術(shù)、機(jī)械與光學(xué)大學(xué)作為首批入選"5-100"項(xiàng)目的高校,在世界一流大學(xué)建設(shè)中,明確了具體的目標(biāo)和使命,并通過完善大學(xué)管理體系,調(diào)動(dòng)全員參與;提升人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,推進(jìn)高等教育國際化;打造產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作平臺,推進(jìn)技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化等措施推進(jìn)其建設(shè)歷程。
[Abstract]:In the face of the difficulties of insufficient funds for higher education, lack of talents and low degree of internationalization, Russia has carried out drastic reforms in higher education. And to explore the Russian model for the construction of world-class universities in Russia. The construction of world-class universities in Russia attaches importance to the overall reform, plans to lead and focus on the training of talents, and St. Petersburg State Information Technology, As the first batch of universities selected for the "5-100" project, the University of Mechanics and Optics has clearly defined its specific goals and missions in the construction of world-class universities, and through perfecting the university management system, it has mobilized all personnel to participate in, and improved the quality of personnel training. To promote the internationalization of higher education, to create a platform for cooperation between industry, education and research, to promote technology transformation and other measures to promote its construction process.
