【摘要】：自十六大至今,黨中央一直將提高大學生的思想政治素養(yǎng)和心理健康水平作為增強我國教育實力的重要一環(huán)。在社會轉型時期,高校的思想政治教育工作面臨前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。怎樣在大學生思想政治教育中加強大學生心理健康教育,提升教育者與受教育者的積極情緒,進而提升大學生思想政治教育的實效性已成為目前大學生思想政治教育的一個關鍵性問題。隨著21世紀西方積極心理學的興起,積極情緒已經(jīng)滲透到教育的各個領域。大學生思想政治教育作為一種實踐性活動,必須建立在心理和諧的基礎之上,尤其要調(diào)動大學生在思想政治教育學習中的積極情緒。當前,在大學生思想政治教育的過程中,教育者對積極情緒培養(yǎng)的重視程度不足,因此,本文以思想政治教育理論為出發(fā)點,借鑒了積極心理學的研究成果,將大學生思想政治教育與積極情緒進行有機結合,以積極情緒的獨特視角,探索在大學生思想政治教育中如何培養(yǎng)積極情緒的問題,以期增強大學生對思想政治教育課的關注度和興趣點,提高思想政治教育的效能。本文通過對國內(nèi)外文獻的梳理,給出了思想政治教育中積極情緒的內(nèi)涵,論述了在大學生思想政治教育中積極情緒培養(yǎng)的必要性和可行性,并通過對某省兩所高校1032名大學生的問卷調(diào)查,初步探索了高校思想政治教育中大學生積極情緒的現(xiàn)狀。研究結果發(fā)現(xiàn):在大學生思想政治教育過程中,積極情緒的培養(yǎng)是十分必要的;在對大學生進行積極情緒培養(yǎng)的過程中,尤其要關注來自農(nóng)村的大學生。基于理論與實證的研究,最后指出在大學生思想政治教育中提升教育者與受教育者的積極率,擴展積極理念傳播的平臺,打造積極環(huán)境氛圍是大學生思想政治教育中積極情緒培養(yǎng)的有效路徑。
[Abstract]:Since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the CPC Central Committee has taken the improvement of college students' ideological and political literacy and mental health level as an important link in strengthening our country's educational strength. In the period of social transformation, The work of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is facing unprecedented challenges. How to strengthen the psychological health education of college students in ideological and political education and promote the positive emotions of educators and educatees, Thus, improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students has become a key issue in the ideological and political education of college students at present. With the rise of western positive psychology in 21th century, As a practical activity, college students' ideological and political education must be based on psychological harmony. In particular, it is necessary to arouse the positive emotions of college students in the study of ideological and political education. At present, in the process of ideological and political education of college students, educators pay less attention to the cultivation of positive emotions, therefore, Taking the theory of ideological and political education as the starting point and drawing lessons from the research results of positive psychology, this paper organically combines ideological and political education with positive emotion in college students, and from the unique perspective of positive emotion, This paper explores how to cultivate positive emotions in the ideological and political education of college students in order to enhance the attention and interest of college students in ideological and political education, and to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education. This paper gives the connotation of positive emotion in ideological and political education, discusses the necessity and feasibility of cultivating positive emotion in ideological and political education of college students, and through the questionnaire survey of 1032 college students in two colleges and universities in a certain province, discusses the necessity and feasibility of cultivating positive emotion in ideological and political education of college students. The present situation of positive emotion of college students in ideological and political education is preliminarily explored. The results show that the cultivation of positive emotion is very necessary in the process of ideological and political education of college students; In the process of cultivating college students' positive emotions, we should pay special attention to the college students from rural areas. Based on the theoretical and empirical research, it is pointed out that in the ideological and political education of college students, the positive rate of educators and educatees should be promoted. It is an effective way for college students to cultivate positive emotions in ideological and political education by expanding the platform of spreading positive ideas and creating a positive environment.
