【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代對(duì)信息管理與信息系統(tǒng)專(zhuān)業(yè)提出了新的要求,以用戶(hù)為中心設(shè)計(jì)(UCD)技能的重要性日益突出。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查方法,從UCD的內(nèi)涵出發(fā),研究了UCD在社會(huì)標(biāo)簽、網(wǎng)站設(shè)計(jì)與軟件開(kāi)發(fā)中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用,探討了國(guó)外圖情專(zhuān)業(yè)開(kāi)設(shè)的UCD課程以及UCD與信息構(gòu)建、用戶(hù)體驗(yàn)等課程的融合情況,調(diào)研了國(guó)內(nèi)信息管理與信息系統(tǒng)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生對(duì)UCD的學(xué)習(xí)與感知有用性,指出UCD技能的培養(yǎng)是信管專(zhuān)業(yè)教育的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),提出了基于UCD理論的信管專(zhuān)業(yè)教學(xué)變革的思路。
[Abstract]:In the Internet era, new requirements have been put forward for the specialty of information management and information systems, and the importance of user-centered design of UCDs is becoming more and more prominent. This paper uses the methods of literature investigation and questionnaire investigation to start from the connotation of UCD. This paper studies the practical application of UCD in social label, website design and software development, and discusses the integration of UCD and information construction, user experience, etc. This paper investigates the learning and perceived usefulness of information management and information system majors to UCD, points out that the cultivation of UCD skills is a weak link in the education of information management majors, and puts forward the idea of teaching reform of information management majors based on UCD theory.
