【摘要】：在學(xué)理上明確高校智庫(kù)的內(nèi)涵與特征,將有助于推進(jìn)高校智庫(kù)建設(shè),發(fā)揮其應(yīng)有作用。從組織要素來(lái)闡釋高校智庫(kù)的涵義,包括人員要素、目標(biāo)要素、條件要素、技術(shù)要素和客戶要素。高校智庫(kù)作為智庫(kù)的一種類型,具有獨(dú)立性、非盈利性、現(xiàn)實(shí)性和政治性等智庫(kù)所具備的一般特征。同時(shí),高校智庫(kù)還具有教育性、專業(yè)性和公正性等獨(dú)有特征:教育性是高校育人功能的延伸;專業(yè)性是受高校組織結(jié)構(gòu)與學(xué)術(shù)工作性質(zhì)的影響;公正性是現(xiàn)代教育對(duì)公正性的追求。
[Abstract]:To clarify the connotation and characteristics of the university think tank in theory will be helpful to promote the construction of the university think tank and give full play to its function. The meaning of the university think tank will be explained from the organizational elements, including the personnel factor, the target factor and the condition factor. As a type of think-tank, the university think tank has the general characteristics of independent, non-profit, realistic and political. At the same time, the university think tank is also educational. Specialty and impartiality are the unique characteristics: education is the extension of the educational function of colleges and universities; professionalism is influenced by the organizational structure and the nature of academic work in colleges and universities; impartiality is the pursuit of impartiality in modern education.
