山東省高師院校本科小學(xué)教育專業(yè)課程體系的優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:高師院校本科小學(xué)教育專業(yè)是培養(yǎng)未來(lái)教師的搖籃,承擔(dān)著培養(yǎng)高學(xué)歷小學(xué)教育教學(xué)人才的艱巨任務(wù)。其課程體系的合理與否直接關(guān)系著未來(lái)小學(xué)教師的素質(zhì)和初等教育的發(fā)展水平。但在實(shí)際教學(xué)中,本科小學(xué)教育專業(yè)課程體系存在課程結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、過(guò)于偏重知識(shí)的教學(xué)、課程內(nèi)容脫離學(xué)生實(shí)際等問(wèn)題。隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展、教育改革的不斷深化,高師院校本科小學(xué)教育專業(yè)在課程體系方面存在的問(wèn)題越來(lái)越突出。只有根據(jù)社會(huì)對(duì)人才的現(xiàn)實(shí)和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)需要,根據(jù)學(xué)生發(fā)展需求,不斷優(yōu)化課程體系,提高師范生的能力及綜合素質(zhì),才能培養(yǎng)出適應(yīng)21世紀(jì)社會(huì)需要的新型師資。本文在緒論部分,主要詳細(xì)介紹了研究背景、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法等內(nèi)容!督處熃逃n程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(試行)》對(duì)高等師范院校提出了新的要求;在基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革的浪潮下,《小學(xué)教師專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的頒布也使得小學(xué)教師的素質(zhì)面臨更嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。而且,在實(shí)際教學(xué)中,高師本科小學(xué)教育專業(yè)課程體系存在一定問(wèn)題。筆者的研究就具有了理論和實(shí)踐意義。隨后,筆者廣泛查閱課程體系的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,了解研究成果與不足,明確了自己的研究思路與方法等。第一章,主要是闡述了高師院校本科小學(xué)教育專業(yè)課程體系的基本理論。首先,筆者主要分析了高師院校本科小學(xué)教育專業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程、高師本科小學(xué)教育專業(yè)的特點(diǎn),明確了高師院校本科小學(xué)教育專業(yè)的概念。在此基礎(chǔ)上,界定了課程體系的概念,并最終明確本文高師院校本科小學(xué)教育專業(yè)課程體系的所指。第二章,主要是調(diào)查的客觀結(jié)果。筆者首先展開(kāi)高師院校本科小學(xué)教育專業(yè)課程體系現(xiàn)狀的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,并對(duì)結(jié)果整理分析。然后,筆者分析了山東省5所高師院校的本科小學(xué)教育專業(yè)的培養(yǎng)方案,從課程體系目標(biāo)、課程內(nèi)容、課程結(jié)構(gòu)、課程實(shí)施等幾方面展現(xiàn)調(diào)查結(jié)果。第三章,在問(wèn)卷調(diào)查及文本分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)本專業(yè)畢業(yè)的新教師進(jìn)行深入訪談,總結(jié)出高師院校本科小學(xué)教育專業(yè)課程體系存在的問(wèn)題。第四章,筆者結(jié)合對(duì)課程專家的訪談,找出課程體系出現(xiàn)上述問(wèn)題的原因。影響小學(xué)教育專業(yè)課程體系的因素是多方面的,主要有:相關(guān)的課程政策不健全、傳統(tǒng)觀念的影響、學(xué)校缺乏相應(yīng)的組織和管理機(jī)制、學(xué)科專業(yè)建設(shè)不完善、教師素質(zhì)有待提高。第五章,筆者根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果和相關(guān)理論,提出了高師本科小學(xué)教育專業(yè)課程體系的優(yōu)化策略。優(yōu)化高師院校本科小學(xué)教育專業(yè)的課程體系,可以采取以下具體措施:樹(shù)立科學(xué)的課程觀念;建立多元化的組織保障;明確專業(yè)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo);完善課程內(nèi)容;適當(dāng)調(diào)整課程比例;加強(qiáng)教師培訓(xùn),提高教師水平;采用多樣化的課程教學(xué)方法。
[Abstract]:The major of undergraduate primary education in normal universities is the cradle of training future teachers. Taking on the arduous task of cultivating teaching talents in primary schools with high academic qualifications. Whether the curriculum system is reasonable or not is directly related to the quality of primary school teachers and the level of development of primary education in the future. However, in actual teaching, There are some problems in the curriculum system of undergraduate primary education major, such as unreasonable curriculum structure, too much emphasis on knowledge teaching and the deviation of curriculum content from students' reality. With the development of society, the education reform is deepening continuously. There are more and more problems in the curriculum system of undergraduate and primary education major in normal universities. Only according to the society's realistic and long-term needs of talents, according to the needs of students' development, the curriculum system should be optimized continuously. Only by improving the ability and comprehensive quality of normal college students can we cultivate a new type of teachers to meet the needs of society in 21th century. In the introduction part, this paper mainly introduces the background of the research, the current research situation at home and abroad, The Standard of teacher Education Curriculum (trial) puts forward new requirements for teachers' colleges and universities; Under the tide of curriculum reform in basic education, the promulgation of the Professional Standard of Primary School Teachers also makes the quality of primary school teachers face more severe challenges. There are some problems in the curriculum system of undergraduate primary education major in normal universities. The author's research has theoretical and practical significance. Subsequently, the author extensively consulted the relevant literature of the curriculum system to understand the research results and shortcomings. The first chapter mainly expounds the basic theory of the curriculum system of undergraduate primary education major in normal universities. First, the author mainly analyzes the development course of undergraduate primary education major in normal universities. On the basis of the characteristics of undergraduate primary education major in normal colleges and universities, the concept of undergraduate primary education specialty in normal colleges and universities is clarified. On this basis, the concept of curriculum system is defined. The second chapter is the objective results of the investigation. Firstly, the author carries out a questionnaire survey on the present situation of the curriculum system of undergraduate primary education major in normal universities. Then, the author analyzes the training plan of undergraduate primary education major in 5 normal universities in Shandong Province, including the goal of curriculum system, the content of curriculum, and the structure of curriculum. The third chapter, on the basis of questionnaire survey and text analysis, conducts in-depth interviews with new teachers who graduated from their major. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the curriculum system of undergraduate and primary education major in normal colleges and universities. Chapter 4th, combining with the interview of curriculum experts, Find out the causes of the above problems in the curriculum system. There are many factors that affect the curriculum system of primary education specialty. The main factors are: the relevant curriculum policy is not perfect, the influence of traditional ideas, the lack of corresponding organization and management mechanism of the school, The subject and specialty construction is not perfect, the teacher's quality needs to be improved. 5th chapters, the author according to the investigation result and the related theory, This paper puts forward the optimization strategy of the curriculum system of the undergraduate primary education major in normal universities. The following concrete measures can be taken to optimize the curriculum system of the undergraduate primary education major in the normal universities: establishing scientific curriculum concept, establishing diversified organizational guarantee, and so on. It is necessary to clarify the goal of professional training; to perfect the curriculum content; to adjust the proportion of courses properly; to strengthen teacher training and improve the level of teachers; and to adopt a variety of curriculum teaching methods.
