【摘要】：高校思想政治理論課是對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)馬克思主義思想政治教育的主要途徑。該課程對(duì)大學(xué)生的世界觀、人生觀和價(jià)值觀的形成起到重要的引領(lǐng)作用。思想政治理論課教師因此也肩負(fù)起了傳播馬克思列寧主義、毛澤東思想和中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論體系教育的重任,他們是社會(huì)精神文明的宣揚(yáng)者,引領(lǐng)著大學(xué)生正確的發(fā)展方向,這支隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)的高低將直接影響著高校人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量以及思想政治理論課功能的發(fā)揮。當(dāng)前,隨著高等教育改革與創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展,高校思想政治理論課教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)出現(xiàn)了許多新的特點(diǎn),一大批青年教師充實(shí)到這支隊(duì)伍中,年齡層面上主要是70-80后的逐漸增多,成為這支隊(duì)伍的骨干力量,他們學(xué)歷層次高,專業(yè)知識(shí)豐富,教學(xué)方法新穎等,廣受好評(píng)。同時(shí)也要看到他們離黨和國(guó)家的要求還有一定的差距,整體素質(zhì)和水平有待提高,尤其是思想政治素質(zhì)、職業(yè)道德和水平有待提高,這些將會(huì)直接影響到思想政治理論課的教育效果和教書(shū)育人任務(wù)的完成。通過(guò)對(duì)高校思想政治理論課青年教師群體的調(diào)查研究,針對(duì)70-80后青年教師為主要研究對(duì)象,進(jìn)而對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行理性分析,探究青年教師群體在知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)、能力建設(shè)和自身發(fā)展上存在的問(wèn)題,分別從社會(huì)角度,高校角度以及自身角度上尋求產(chǎn)生問(wèn)題的成因,繼而通過(guò)相應(yīng)的改革措施,諸如創(chuàng)建良好的社會(huì)環(huán)境,健全高校對(duì)待思想政治理論課青年教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)體制機(jī)制,以及教師本身要努力提高自身的素質(zhì)和業(yè)務(wù)水平,增加社會(huì)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),這些措施對(duì)提高高校思想政治理論課青年教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的水平有值得借鑒的意義,同時(shí)也對(duì)當(dāng)前高等學(xué)校教師隊(duì)伍的創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展提供一些參考意義。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political theory course is the main way of Marx's system of Ideological and political education for college students. The curriculum view of the world, plays a leading role in the formation of an outlook on life and values. Therefore the ideological and political theory teachers also shoulder the spread of Marx Lenin's task of education, Mao Zedong thought and theoretical system of socialism Chinese characteristics, they are social spiritual civilization advocates, leading the correct development direction of college students, the team quality will directly affect the quality and play the function of Ideological and political theory course in university talents training. At present, with the development of higher education reform and innovation of the ideological and political theory teachers team construction a lot of new features, a large number of young teachers to enrich the team, the age level is gradually increased 70- 80 More, become the backbone of the team, their high level of education, professional knowledge, new teaching methods, widely acclaimed. At the same time also want to see them from the party and the country is still a certain gap, the overall quality and level need to be improved, especially the ideological and political quality, moral level and occupation needs to be improved, these it will directly affect the ideological and political theory course teaching effect and teaching task. Through the investigation and Study on the ideological and political theory course for young teachers, young teachers 70- 80 as the main object of study, and then make a rational analysis of the survey results, to explore the group of young teachers in the knowledge structure, ability and self construction the development of the problem, from the social perspective, seeking the causes of the problems in perspective and the perspective of their own, and then through the reform measures, such as creating A good social environment, to improve college ideological and political theory course of young teachers team construction system and mechanism, as well as teachers themselves should strive to improve their quality and professional level, increase the social practice experience, these measures are worthy of reference significance to improve the ideological and political theory course of young teachers team construction level, but also provide some reference the innovation and development of teachers in Colleges and universities.
