大學(xué)生社會主義核心價值觀分層教育研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)生社會主義核心價值觀教育是高校思想政治教育的重要命題之一。增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生社會主義核心價值觀教育實效性的難點在于如何使社會主義核心價值觀入學(xué)生的腦、進(jìn)學(xué)生的心。為此,社會主義核心價值觀教育要與大學(xué)生的現(xiàn)實狀況緊密聯(lián)系,針對大學(xué)生的身心發(fā)展規(guī)律和特點開展教育。分層教育理論正是基于教育對象的層次性和差異性特征而提出來的,它蘊含著豐富的內(nèi)容。因此,本文以“大學(xué)生社會主義核心價值觀分層教育”為研究課題,找到分層教育理論與大學(xué)生社會主義核心價值觀教育之間的契合點,這對于提升大學(xué)生社會主義核心價值觀教育的實效性具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。全文共分為三個部分:第一部分:大學(xué)生社會主義核心價值觀分層教育的基礎(chǔ)理論,包括內(nèi)涵、特征、作用及依據(jù)幾個方面的內(nèi)容。在分析了分層、分層教育等概念的內(nèi)涵基礎(chǔ)上,逐步推導(dǎo)出大學(xué)社會主義核心價值觀分層教育的內(nèi)涵,并由此剖析其特征和作用。從馬克思主義理論、思想政治教育學(xué)、教育心理學(xué)等角度發(fā)掘與本研究密切相關(guān)的理論依據(jù),并提出了現(xiàn)實依據(jù)和政策依據(jù),由此為本研究提供支撐。第二部分:大學(xué)生社會主義核心價值觀分層教育存在的問題及原因分析。本部分通過對部分高校的思想政治理論課教師進(jìn)行訪談和問卷調(diào)查,指出了在思想政治理論課中大學(xué)生社會主義核心價值觀分層教育存在問題的主要表現(xiàn),即教育目標(biāo)較為籠統(tǒng)缺乏層級性;教育內(nèi)容較為粗放缺乏側(cè)重與梯度;教育方法較為單一缺乏多樣性;教育評價較為含糊缺乏科學(xué)性。然后,對存在的問題進(jìn)行了原因分析,即部分高校思想政治理論課教師自身素質(zhì)不足;高校實施分層教育的條件保障還不成熟;大學(xué)生社會主義核心價值觀教育的評價機(jī)制不完善。第三部分:大學(xué)生社會主義核心價值觀分層教育的對策分析。針對大學(xué)生社會主義核心價值觀分層教育存在的問題與原因,從原則、策略、教師素質(zhì)、外部環(huán)境四個方面提出了大學(xué)生社會主義核心價值觀分層教育的對策,即明確大學(xué)生社會主義核心價值觀分層教育的原則;掌握大學(xué)生社會主義核心價值觀分層教育的具體實施策略;提高思想政治理論課教師自身素質(zhì);優(yōu)化大學(xué)生社會主義核心價值觀分層教育的環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:The education of socialist core values of college students is one of the important propositions of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The difficulty of enhancing the effectiveness of the education of socialist core values of college students lies in how to integrate the socialist core values into students. Jack's brain. From the four aspects of principle, strategy, teacher quality and external environment, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of stratified education of college students' socialist core values, that is, the principle of stratified education of college students' socialist core values; Grasp the concrete implementation strategy of the stratified education of college students' socialist core values; To improve the quality of the teachers of ideological and political theory; Optimize the environment of stratified education of college students' socialist core values.
