【摘要】：開展專業(yè)集群建設(shè)是地方普通本科高校向應(yīng)用型轉(zhuǎn)變的基本要求。但是,對(duì)其內(nèi)涵特征的科學(xué)認(rèn)識(shí)及理論闡釋落后于實(shí)踐,實(shí)際工作中存在著膚淺與模糊認(rèn)識(shí)。應(yīng)用型本科專業(yè)集群建設(shè)有別于高職院校專業(yè)集群建設(shè),既要強(qiáng)調(diào)必須深化區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)的具體分析及提高人才培養(yǎng)的針對(duì)性,更要強(qiáng)調(diào)圍繞產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、創(chuàng)新鏈與專業(yè)之間的學(xué)科關(guān)聯(lián),培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)新一輪科技革命與產(chǎn)業(yè)變革的高素質(zhì)應(yīng)用型人才。本文提出要從引導(dǎo)力量、目標(biāo)定位、結(jié)構(gòu)特征、核心要素、組織機(jī)制五個(gè)方面形成專業(yè)集群建設(shè)機(jī)制,在理念共識(shí)、主導(dǎo)統(tǒng)籌、試點(diǎn)先行、治理改革四個(gè)方面推進(jìn)建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The construction of professional clusters is the basic requirement of the transformation from local colleges and universities to application-oriented. However, the scientific understanding and theoretical interpretation of the connotation characteristics lag behind the practice. There is a superficial and vague understanding in the actual work. The construction of applied undergraduate specialty cluster is different from the construction of professional cluster in higher vocational colleges. It is necessary to deepen the specific analysis of regional industry and improve the pertinence of talent training. More emphasis should be placed on the relationship between the industry chain, the innovation chain and the specialty, so as to cultivate high-quality applied talents who can adapt to the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation. The construction mechanism of professional cluster is formed in five aspects: structure characteristics, core elements and organization mechanism. It promotes the construction in four aspects: concept consensus, leading overall planning, pilot leading and governance reform.
