【摘要】：通過對湖南部分高校的調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn):運用新媒體平臺開展高校黨員理論學(xué)習(xí)的物質(zhì)條件成熟,主流傾向好,特點評價趨于理性,內(nèi)容認識存在一定差異,主流新媒體平臺的影響力有待加強,形式選擇呈現(xiàn)多樣化趨勢等。新媒體平臺對高校黨員理論學(xué)習(xí)具有積極影響,如為內(nèi)容更新提供技術(shù)支持,為手段創(chuàng)新拓展渠道,為形式創(chuàng)新提供技術(shù)條件,增強了高校黨員理論學(xué)習(xí)的實效。但也面臨高校黨務(wù)工作者話語權(quán)威被弱化、先導(dǎo)權(quán)和支配權(quán)受到?jīng)_擊等挑戰(zhàn)。因此,必須加強運用新媒體平臺提高理論學(xué)習(xí)實效的頂層設(shè)計,構(gòu)建傳統(tǒng)媒體與新媒體銜接互補的高校黨員理論學(xué)習(xí)格局,加大高校新媒體理論學(xué)習(xí)平臺建設(shè)力度,切實提高高校黨員與黨務(wù)工作者的媒介素養(yǎng),健全高校黨員運用新媒體平臺開展理論學(xué)習(xí)的考評機制。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of some colleges and universities in Hunan province, it is found that the material condition is mature, the mainstream tendency is good, the characteristic evaluation tends to be rational, and there are some differences in the content understanding by using the new media platform to carry out the theoretical study of party members in colleges and universities. The influence of the mainstream new media platform needs to be strengthened, and the choice of forms presents a diversified trend. The new media platform has a positive impact on the theoretical study of college party members, such as providing technical support for the content updating. For means of innovation to expand channels for formal innovation to provide technical conditions to enhance the effectiveness of theoretical study of party members in colleges and universities, but also facing the weakening of the authority of party workers in colleges and universities. Therefore, we must strengthen the use of new media platform to improve the theoretical effectiveness of the top-level design, and build the traditional media and new media to join and complement the theoretical learning pattern of party members in colleges and universities. To strengthen the construction of new media theory learning platform, to improve the media literacy of party members and party affairs workers, and to perfect the evaluation mechanism of party members using new media platform to carry out theoretical study.
