大學生思想政治教育顯性方法運用中的問題及對策研究

【摘要】:顯性方法是思想政治教育方法體系中最重要的方法,它與隱性方法相對。顯性方法在傳統思想政治教育中一直占據著主導地位,且在傳達主導思想觀念、進行社會價值導向、疏導過激情緒、制造政治動員聲勢等方面發(fā)揮著主體性作用。但是近些年來,隨著社會時代的發(fā)展、教育環(huán)境的變遷、教學方法的改革與創(chuàng)新、教育對象思想特點的變化、隱性方法的良好態(tài)勢等,使得顯性方法在思想政治教育運用中受到了巨大的挑戰(zhàn),尤其是在大學生思想政治教育中又愈加突出和明顯,實效性差。但是,大學生作為國家極其寶貴的人才資源,是祖國的未來、民族的希望,是理想信念和社會主義核心價值觀教育的重點人群,因此有必要對大學生思想政治教育顯性方法運用進行研究,找出其存在的主要問題,分析產生問題的主要原因,并在此基礎上提出建設性的應對策略。論文共分為三個部分:第一部分:大學生思想政治教育顯性方法運用的內涵、特點、方式及意義。本部分在對大學生思想政治教育顯性方法進行界定的基礎上,闡述了其運用的內涵,分析了其運用具有普遍性、實踐性、顯明性、規(guī)范性、高效性、強制性的特點。列舉了其運用的主要方式是理論教育法、宣傳教育法、疏導教育法、批評教育法、典型教育法、實踐教育法。解析了加強其運用研究具有豐富馬克思主義灌輸理論、深化大學生思想政治教育方法理論、提高大學生思想政治教育顯性方法運用的效果、增強大學生思想政治教育顯性方法運用的時代性的意義。這部分屬于全文的邏輯起點。第二部分:大學生思想政治教育顯性方法運用中的問題及原因分析。本部分在文獻研究和實證研究等的基礎上,概括了大學生思想政治教育顯性方法運用中存在的問題,主要是運用目標預設不科學、運用主體能力不夠、運用方式陳舊單一、運用客體存在接受逆反、運用效果不佳。分析了產生這些問題的原因,包括部分教師思想政治教育理念的偏差、部分高校對思想政治教育教師培訓不到位、部分教師對新媒體技術的運用不夠、不良思想政治教育環(huán)境的影響、缺乏科學合理的評價機制。這些為加強大學生思想政治教育顯性方法運用的對策提供了參考依據。這部分屬于全文的難點。第三部分:加強大學生思想政治教育顯性方法運用的對策。本部分針對大學生思想政治教育顯性方法運用中存在的問題及原因,分別從樹立正確的大學生思想政治教育顯性方法運用理念、科學設計大學生思想政治教育顯性方法運用的目標、提升教育者運用大學生思想政治教育顯性方法的能力、營造大學生思想政治教育顯性方法運用的良好環(huán)境、加強大學生思想政治教育顯性方法運用的評價五個方面提出了加強大學生思想政治教育顯性方法運用的具體應對之策。這部分屬于全文的落腳點。
[Abstract]:The dominant method is the most important method in the method system of ideological and political education, which is relative to the implicit method. The dominant method has always occupied a leading position in the traditional ideological and political education, and it conveys the dominant ideology. In recent years, with the development of the society, the educational environment has changed with the development of the social era, such as guiding the social value, dissolving the excesses of emotion, creating the momentum of political mobilization and so on. The reform and innovation of teaching methods, the changes of the ideological characteristics of educational objects and the good situation of recessive methods make the explicit methods face a great challenge in the application of ideological and political education. Especially in the ideological and political education of college students is increasingly prominent and obvious, the effectiveness is poor. However, as the country's extremely valuable talent resources, college students are the future of the motherland, the hope of the nation. Therefore, it is necessary to study the dominant methods of ideological and political education of college students to find out the main problems. The paper is divided into three parts: the first part: the connotation and characteristics of the dominant methods of ideological and political education of college students. On the basis of defining the dominant method of college students' ideological and political education, this part expounds the connotation of its application and analyzes its universality, practicality, visibility and standardization. The main methods of its application are theoretical education, propaganda education, guidance education, critical education, and typical education. It is analyzed that strengthening the research on its application can enrich Marxist indoctrination theory, deepen the theory of ideological and political education methods of college students, and improve the effect of applying dominant methods in ideological and political education of college students. This part belongs to the logical starting point of the full text. The second part:. On the basis of literature research and empirical research, this part analyzes the problems and causes in the application of dominant methods of ideological and political education for college students. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the application of dominant methods of ideological and political education of college students, mainly using the unscientific presupposition of objectives, the insufficient ability of the subject, the outmoded and single application methods, and the acceptance of adverse reactions by the existence of the object. Analysis of the causes of these problems, including some teachers ideological and political education concept deviation, some colleges and universities to ideological and political education teachers training is not in place. Some teachers' use of new media technology is not enough, bad ideological and political education environment. Lack of scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism. These provide a reference for strengthening the use of dominant methods of ideological and political education of college students. This part belongs to the difficulties of the full text. The third part:. This part aims at the problems and causes in the use of dominant methods of ideological and political education of college students. Respectively from the establishment of the correct ideological and political education of college students the dominant method of the application of the concept of scientific design of ideological and political education of university students dominant method of the application of the goal. Improve the ability of educators to use dominant methods of ideological and political education of college students, and create a good environment for the use of dominant methods of ideological and political education of college students. This paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures to strengthen the use of dominant methods of ideological and political education of college students from five aspects of evaluation of the application of dominant methods of strengthening ideological and political education of college students.
