【摘要】：在高等教育場域中,我國高校馬克思主義學(xué)院組織正在發(fā)生歷史上最大規(guī)模的一次組織同形變遷過程。文章在組織分析的新制度主義理論視野中,分析了馬克思主義學(xué)院組織的兩種同形模式:競爭性同形和制度性同形;重點(diǎn)分析了制度性同形的三種機(jī)制:強(qiáng)制機(jī)制、模仿機(jī)制和規(guī)范性機(jī)制。馬克思主義學(xué)院組織同形夯實(shí)了馬克思主義學(xué)院的合法性基礎(chǔ),拓展了其學(xué)術(shù)交往和學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新空間。同時(shí),組織同形也帶來了馬克思主義學(xué)院組織形式單一化、辦院特色消失以及學(xué)術(shù)取向和政治取向的內(nèi)部沖突等問題。
[Abstract]:In the field of higher education, the Marxist college organization in colleges and universities in China is undergoing the largest organizational change in history. The article is in the perspective of the new institutionalism theory of organization analysis. This paper analyzes the two homomorphic models of Marxist college organization: competitive homogeneity and institutional homomorphism; This paper focuses on the analysis of three mechanisms of institutional homogeneity: compulsory mechanism, imitation mechanism and normative mechanism. The organization of Marxist college compacts the legitimacy foundation of Marxist college. At the same time, the homogeneity of the organization has brought about some problems, such as the singleness of the organizational form of Marxist college, the disappearance of the characteristics of running the college, and the internal conflict between academic orientation and political orientation.
