【摘要】：全日制教育碩士"U-S雙實基地"雙邊聯(lián)動培養(yǎng)模式是指大學(xué)(University)和中小學(xué)(School)通過合作,分別在其內(nèi)部設(shè)置教育教學(xué)實驗基地和教育教學(xué)實踐基地,以此聯(lián)動培養(yǎng)教育碩士的一種教育模式。在共生理論視角下,該模式實為大學(xué)與中小學(xué)以培養(yǎng)全日制教育碩士為中介而形成的一種共生結(jié)構(gòu),其共生單元為大學(xué)和中小學(xué);共生模式為"U-S雙實基地"雙邊聯(lián)動;共生環(huán)境為當(dāng)前的教育政策與信息技術(shù)條件。在該培養(yǎng)模式運(yùn)行過程中,大學(xué)與中小學(xué)這兩個共生單元的質(zhì)參量相容構(gòu)成該模式動力機(jī)制;"U-S雙實基地"為該模式提供聯(lián)動共生運(yùn)作平臺;約束條件下的連續(xù)共生性協(xié)議制度與信息技術(shù)條件為該模式提供共生環(huán)境保障。
[Abstract]:Full-time Master of Education "U-S dual Base" bilateral linkage training model refers to the University and primary and secondary schools through cooperation. Set up educational teaching experiment base and teaching practice base respectively in its interior, so as to train a kind of education mode of master of education in the linkage, under the perspective of symbiosis theory. This model is a kind of symbiotic structure formed by cultivating full-time master of education in universities and primary and secondary schools, and its symbiotic units are universities and primary and secondary schools. The symbiotic model is "U-S double-base" bilateral linkage; The symbiotic environment is the current educational policy and information technology condition. In the course of the operation of the training model, the compatibility of the quality parameters of the two symbiotic units between the university and the middle and primary schools constitutes the dynamic mechanism of the model. "U-S dual real base" provides the operation platform of linkage symbiosis for this mode; The system of continuous symbiotic agreement and information technology under constraint conditions provide the symbiotic environment for this model.
