【摘要】:當前中國的高等教育宏觀布局正處于結(jié)構(gòu)化調(diào)整的重要時期,伴隨著我國側(cè)供給結(jié)構(gòu)性改革工作的持續(xù)推進和地方區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的加速轉(zhuǎn)型升級,推動本科職業(yè)教育發(fā)展是優(yōu)化我國人才結(jié)構(gòu)的重要途徑。2014年起,在國務(wù)院、教育部等部門的號召下,我國部分地方普通本科高校開始逐漸向應(yīng)用技術(shù)型高校轉(zhuǎn)型。通過對學校辦學類型、人才培養(yǎng)方式等轉(zhuǎn)型,提升轉(zhuǎn)型高校學生的專業(yè)能力,進而提高其本科層次應(yīng)用技術(shù)型人才的供給能力。在此過程中,關(guān)于轉(zhuǎn)型高校學生專業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)工作的推進勢必面臨許多挑戰(zhàn);诖,構(gòu)建轉(zhuǎn)型高校學生專業(yè)能力指標體系對于提升學生的專業(yè)能力意義重大。本研究基于文獻分析法了解了國內(nèi)外轉(zhuǎn)型高校關(guān)于學生專業(yè)能力指標體系的構(gòu)建情況,并先后運用了訪談?wù){(diào)查法、案例研究法和對比研究法,對當前我國轉(zhuǎn)型高校學生的專業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀進行分析,嘗試構(gòu)建出宏觀的轉(zhuǎn)型高校學生專業(yè)能力指標體系,為各專業(yè)設(shè)置能力指標體系提供參考。第一章,引言。這一章主要涵蓋了四大部分內(nèi)容,先后闡述了構(gòu)建轉(zhuǎn)型高校學生專業(yè)能力指標體系的背景、意義等內(nèi)容。并在轉(zhuǎn)型高校學生專業(yè)能力的文獻綜述部分對核心概念轉(zhuǎn)型高校和專業(yè)能力都進行了明確的概念界定,并結(jié)合國內(nèi)外文獻對專業(yè)能力指標的相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀進行了整理。第二章,轉(zhuǎn)型高校學生專業(yè)能力指標體系構(gòu)建的動因分析。這一章主要是從社會、學校、個人三個層面進行分析。社會層面:社會發(fā)展與人才市場需求的轉(zhuǎn)型。學校層面:學校自身辦學定位和人才培養(yǎng)目標的改變。個人層面:學生自身發(fā)展內(nèi)部動力增強。這些變化共同決定了轉(zhuǎn)型高校學生專業(yè)能力的轉(zhuǎn)型,決定了轉(zhuǎn)型高校學生專業(yè)能力指標體系構(gòu)建的重要性。第三章,轉(zhuǎn)型高校學生專業(yè)能力指標體系構(gòu)建的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查。這一章是以沈陽工程學院和沈陽大學兩所轉(zhuǎn)型高校為個案研究,基于學校轉(zhuǎn)型前后的人才培養(yǎng)方案的文本分析,以及對學校各級教職員工的訪談?wù){(diào)查,了解轉(zhuǎn)型高校學生專業(yè)能力指標體系構(gòu)建的現(xiàn)狀。第四章,轉(zhuǎn)型高校學生專業(yè)能力指標體系構(gòu)建。這一章圍繞著轉(zhuǎn)型高校學生專業(yè)能力指標體系的構(gòu)建,介紹了轉(zhuǎn)型高校學生專業(yè)能力指標體系構(gòu)建的依據(jù)、原則、宏觀框架與各級指標。第五章,轉(zhuǎn)型高校學生專業(yè)能力指標體系的應(yīng)用。這一章從四個方面論述了專業(yè)能力指標體系在學校轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展中的具體應(yīng)用,分別是指導(dǎo)轉(zhuǎn)型高校人才培養(yǎng)模式改革、指導(dǎo)轉(zhuǎn)型高校課程設(shè)置調(diào)整、指導(dǎo)轉(zhuǎn)型高校實踐課程評價方式轉(zhuǎn)變、指導(dǎo)轉(zhuǎn)型高校教師隊伍優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:At present, the macro-layout of higher education in China is in an important period of structural adjustment, along with the continuous promotion of structural reform of the supply side of China and the accelerated transformation and upgrading of the local regional economy. Promoting the development of undergraduate vocational education is an important way to optimize the talent structure of our country. Since 2014, under the call of the State Council, the Ministry of Education and other departments. Some local undergraduate colleges and universities in our country began to gradually transform to the applied technology colleges and universities. Through the transformation of the types of schools, talent training methods and so on, the professional ability of the students in the transition colleges and universities was improved. In the process of improving the supply ability of applied technical talents at the undergraduate level, the promotion of the professional ability training of the students in the transitional universities is bound to face a lot of challenges. Based on this. It is of great significance to construct the index system of students' professional competence in the transformation colleges and universities. This study is based on the literature analysis to understand the construction of the index system of the students' professional competence at home and abroad. And has used the interview investigation method, the case study method and the contrast research method, has carried on the analysis to our country transformation university student specialized ability cultivation present situation. Try to build a macro transformation of college students' professional ability index system, to provide a reference for the establishment of professional competence index system. Chapter one, introduction. This chapter mainly covers four parts of the content. This paper expounds the background of constructing the index system of the students' professional ability in the transitional colleges and universities one after another. And in the literature review part of the transformation of the core concept of college students and professional competence of the transformation of a clear definition of the concept. And combined with the domestic and foreign literature on the relevant research status quo of professional competence indicators are sorted out. The second chapter is the analysis of the motivation of the construction of the index system of professional competence of students in transitional colleges and universities. This chapter is mainly from the society and schools. Three levels of personal analysis. Social level: social development and the transformation of talent market demand. School level: school orientation and talent training goals change. Personal level:. These changes together determine the transformation of college students' professional ability. Decided the transformation university student specialized ability index system construction importance. The third chapter. This chapter takes Shenyang Institute of Engineering and Shenyang University as a case study. Based on the text analysis of the talent training plan before and after the school transformation, and the interview investigation on the teaching staff at all levels, the author understands the status quo of the construction of the professional ability index system of the students in the transitional colleges and universities. 4th chapters. This chapter focuses on the construction of the index system of the students' professional competence in the transitional colleges and universities, and introduces the basis and principles of the construction of the index system of the students' professional competence in the transitional colleges and universities.
