【摘要】："少干計(jì)劃"作為一項(xiàng)國(guó)家少數(shù)民族優(yōu)惠政策,其"適當(dāng)降分"錄取的措施,客觀上不可避免地造成該計(jì)劃生源質(zhì)量(輸入)的先天劣勢(shì),使得人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題尤為突出。對(duì)這一研究生群體培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的關(guān)注,尤其是對(duì)教學(xué)質(zhì)量給予足夠的重視,不僅有利于促進(jìn)整個(gè)研究生群體培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的提高,還有利于國(guó)家民族政策的實(shí)施和少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。本文從學(xué)生滿意度的視角出發(fā),以"少干計(jì)劃"碩士研究生教學(xué)質(zhì)量為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)顧客(學(xué)生)滿意度、教學(xué)質(zhì)量等相關(guān)理論成果,在借鑒現(xiàn)有相關(guān)學(xué)生滿意度問(wèn)卷的指標(biāo)體系設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,編制出調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)方式在國(guó)內(nèi)各層次高校"少于計(jì)劃"碩士研究生中實(shí)施問(wèn)卷調(diào)研,最終在210份樣本分析的基礎(chǔ)上完成此項(xiàng)研究。在研究過(guò)程中,主要采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法等主要的研究和分析方法。主要研究結(jié)論如下:"少干計(jì)劃"碩士研究生對(duì)教學(xué)質(zhì)量的整體滿意度為良好;教學(xué)管理的學(xué)生滿意度最高,專業(yè)及課程設(shè)置的學(xué)生滿意度最低;學(xué)校聲譽(yù)與學(xué)生滿意度呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系;報(bào)考身份、培養(yǎng)模式、錄取情況、學(xué)科類別、漢語(yǔ)水平對(duì)學(xué)生滿意度具有顯著性影響,而性別、是否師范院校、是否跨考、學(xué)校層次和母語(yǔ)是否漢語(yǔ)等對(duì)學(xué)生滿意度無(wú)顯著性影響。為提高"少干計(jì)劃"碩士研究生教學(xué)質(zhì)量,根據(jù)調(diào)研結(jié)果,提出如下建議:(一)制定"少干計(jì)劃"人才培養(yǎng)方案,注重學(xué)制設(shè)置的合理性;(二)改革專業(yè)及課程設(shè)置,重點(diǎn)優(yōu)化課程內(nèi)容及完善課程設(shè)置;(三)改善教師課堂教學(xué)效果,著重提高導(dǎo)師幫帶效果;(四)完善教育教學(xué)配套措施,重點(diǎn)提高教學(xué)管理水平,加強(qiáng)教學(xué)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè);(五)改進(jìn)現(xiàn)有教育教學(xué)評(píng)估制度,將教學(xué)質(zhì)量學(xué)生滿意度納入高等教育評(píng)估體系;(六)努力提高學(xué)校學(xué)術(shù)水平,積極營(yíng)造學(xué)校良好的社會(huì)聲譽(yù)。
[Abstract]:As a preferential policy for national minorities, the plan of "reducing the number of students" objectively inevitably leads to the inherent disadvantage of the quality of the students (input) of the program. The problem of talent training quality is particularly prominent. To pay attention to the quality of postgraduate group training, especially to pay enough attention to the quality of teaching, is not only conducive to the promotion of the quality of the whole postgraduate group training. It is also conducive to the implementation of national policies and the long-term development of ethnic minority areas. From the perspective of student satisfaction, this paper focuses on the teaching quality of graduate students in the "less work Program". According to the customer (student) satisfaction, teaching quality and other related theoretical results, based on the existing relevant student satisfaction questionnaire index system design, the questionnaire is compiled. Through the network and point-to-point way in the domestic colleges and universities "less than the plan" graduate students to carry out a questionnaire survey, and finally on the basis of 210 samples to complete the study. In the process of the study. The main research and analysis methods are literature research, questionnaire survey, statistical analysis and so on. The main conclusions are as follows: the overall satisfaction of graduate students with teaching quality is good; The students' satisfaction degree of teaching management is the highest, the students' satisfaction degree of major and curriculum is the lowest; There is a positive correlation between school reputation and students' satisfaction. Registration status, training model, admission situation, subject type, Chinese level have a significant impact on student satisfaction, and gender, whether normal colleges, whether cross-examination. In order to improve the teaching quality of Master students in the "less work Plan", according to the results of the survey, there was no significant effect on the students' satisfaction at school level and whether the native language was Chinese or not. The following suggestions are put forward as follows: (1) to formulate the "plan for less work" personnel training plan and pay attention to the rationality of the setting of school system; (2) to reform the specialty and curriculum, with emphasis on optimizing the curriculum content and perfecting the curriculum; (3) improving the effect of teachers' classroom teaching, focusing on improving the effect of tutors' help; (4) perfecting the supporting measures of education and teaching, focusing on improving the level of teaching management and strengthening the construction of teaching infrastructure; (5) to improve the existing evaluation system of education and teaching, and to integrate the students' satisfaction with teaching quality into the evaluation system of higher education; Strive to improve the academic level of the school and actively build a good social reputation of the school.
