【摘要】：提升大學生領導力是高校人才培養(yǎng)的戰(zhàn)略定位和大學生自身發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實需求。本文通過問卷調(diào)查和訪談,對大學生領導力的差異特征和影響因素進行探索。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)大學生在自我認知、他者認知和專業(yè)素養(yǎng)三個維度上比較欠缺,而自我認知、他者認知和專業(yè)素養(yǎng)是構(gòu)成大學生領導力素質(zhì)的核心要素;學習能力、實踐經(jīng)歷、反思總結(jié)能力以及高校開展的領導力教育培訓等對大學生領導力具有顯著影響。針對大學生領導力的核心要素和薄弱環(huán)節(jié)——自我認知、他者認知和專業(yè)素養(yǎng),并結(jié)合大學生領導力的主要影響因素和我國高校大學生領導力教育面臨的主要問題,從理論研究和實踐探索兩個方面對我國高校開展大學生領導力教育提出相應對策,著重從大學生領導力理論素養(yǎng)和實踐反思能力的提升,以及高校開展大學生領導力教育的組織和資源保障等方面進行探索分析。
[Abstract]:Improving the leadership of college students is the strategic orientation of talent training in colleges and universities and the actual needs of their own development. This paper through questionnaires and interviews. This paper explores the difference characteristics and influencing factors of college students' leadership. The study finds that college students lack of self-cognition, other cognition and professional accomplishment in three dimensions, but self-cognition. Other cognition and professional accomplishment are the core elements of college students' leadership quality; Learning ability, practical experience, introspection and summing up ability and the leadership education and training carried out by colleges and universities have significant influence on college students' leadership, aiming at the core elements and weak links of college students' leadership-self-cognition. Other cognition and professional accomplishment, combined with the main influencing factors of college students' leadership and the main problems faced by college students' leadership education in our country. From the two aspects of theoretical research and practical exploration, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to develop the leadership education of college students in our country, focusing on the promotion of college students' leadership theoretical literacy and practical reflective ability. And the organization and resources guarantee of college students' leadership education are explored and analyzed.
