【摘要】：探索與延伸高校策劃能力的培養(yǎng)方向,核心在于要順應(yīng)時代社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,結(jié)合企業(yè)發(fā)展的具體狀況,將企業(yè)策劃與營銷策劃能力的培養(yǎng)作為指向,為高校人才職業(yè)化培養(yǎng)提供強有力的推動作用。對人才企業(yè)策劃能力的培養(yǎng),重點在于合理引導組織策劃、資源整合與優(yōu)化、統(tǒng)籌兼顧能力的協(xié)作配合。營銷策劃能力的培養(yǎng)應(yīng)側(cè)重于拓展營銷的主體性因素,關(guān)注社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展動態(tài)等方面,從而展現(xiàn)培養(yǎng)路徑探索的創(chuàng)新性。
[Abstract]:The core of exploring and extending the cultivation direction of the planning ability of colleges and universities is to conform to the social and economic development of the times, combine with the specific situation of the development of enterprises, and take the cultivation of the ability of enterprise planning and marketing planning as the direction. It provides a powerful impetus for the professional cultivation of talents in colleges and universities. The emphasis of the cultivation of the planning ability of talents enterprises lies in the rational guidance of organizational planning, the integration and optimization of resources. The cultivation of marketing planning ability should focus on expanding the subjective factors of marketing and paying attention to the social and economic development trends so as to show the innovation of cultivation path exploration.
