【摘要】：教育學(xué)素養(yǎng)既表現(xiàn)為對人、對教育的理解和理念,也表現(xiàn)為將這些理解和理念運用于實踐過程并取得預(yù)期效果的能力。檢閱民國時期十位著名大學(xué)校長,發(fā)現(xiàn)他們共同的教育學(xué)素養(yǎng)在于:奉行教育是培養(yǎng)健全人格之人的理念,堅守大學(xué)研究高深學(xué)問以培養(yǎng)高級人才的使命,保障大學(xué)中的一切行為以此使命而展開。本著這種理解和理念,這些校長奉行思想自由、兼容并包的辦學(xué)方針,實施教授治校、民主管理的治理方式,采取自立自動的學(xué)生自治措施,終使這些大學(xué)成為民國時期的著名大學(xué)。
[Abstract]:Pedagogy literacy is not only the understanding and concept of people and education, but also the ability to apply these understandings and ideas to the practice process and achieve the desired results. Review the ten famous university presidents during the period of the Republic of China. It is found that their common pedagogical literacy lies in: pursuing the idea that education is the cultivation of sound personality and adhering to the mission of studying advanced knowledge in universities in order to cultivate senior talents. In line with this understanding and concept, these presidents pursue the principle of free thinking and inclusive education, and implement the governance of teaching and democratic management. These universities became famous universities in the Republic of China.
