【摘要】：“寬恕”自古以來(lái)就是中華民族的傳統(tǒng)美德,它是處理個(gè)人與他人道德關(guān)系的基本態(tài)度和要求,是指人與人交往之間必需具備的一種推己及人和寬以待人的道德品質(zhì)。寬恕品格的培養(yǎng)對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育具有重要意義。寬恕品格對(duì)社會(huì)的和諧發(fā)展、個(gè)體的心理健康、國(guó)民的幸福指數(shù)等方面發(fā)揮著重要的作用。大學(xué)生寬恕品格的欠缺、人際關(guān)系的緊張以及優(yōu)勢(shì)品格的薄弱凸顯了在高校思想政治教育中培養(yǎng)寬恕品格的必要性。本文論述了大學(xué)生寬恕品格培養(yǎng)的意義,探討了大學(xué)生寬恕品格培養(yǎng)的理論依據(jù)和現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值,調(diào)查了大學(xué)生寬恕傾向情況,提出了大學(xué)生寬恕品格培養(yǎng)的路徑等內(nèi)容。本文對(duì)大學(xué)生寬恕品格現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了實(shí)證調(diào)查研究,選取了吉林省兩所高校1032名大學(xué)生為調(diào)查對(duì)象,以目前國(guó)際通用的Heartland寬恕量表為調(diào)查工具,旨在探查大學(xué)生寬恕他人和寬恕自己的表現(xiàn)。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,無(wú)論是寬恕他人還是寬恕自己,大學(xué)生的表現(xiàn)整體上并不理想,但農(nóng)村成長(zhǎng)的大學(xué)生寬恕品格高于城市長(zhǎng)大的大學(xué)生。大學(xué)生寬恕品格的欠缺,也進(jìn)一步表示了培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生寬恕品格的重要性。培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生寬恕品格是建立在思想政治教育學(xué)理論和積極心理學(xué)理論基礎(chǔ)之上的。而在大學(xué)生寬恕品格培養(yǎng)的路徑上,從寬恕理念、寬恕行為與寬恕氛圍三方面同時(shí)對(duì)大學(xué)生開(kāi)展思想政治教育,樹(shù)立大學(xué)生正確的世界觀、人生觀與價(jià)值觀,提升大學(xué)生自身的責(zé)任感與幸福感,積極引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生形成健康的心理素質(zhì),及時(shí)適當(dāng)?shù)倪M(jìn)行寬恕品格教育,有利于避免校園暴力事件的發(fā)生,有利于提高大學(xué)生人際交往和社會(huì)適應(yīng)能力,有利于形成寬恕的校園氛圍,有利于幫助大學(xué)生塑造健康人格,有利于促進(jìn)社會(huì)的安定與和諧。
[Abstract]:"forgiveness" has been the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation since ancient times. It is the basic attitude and requirement of dealing with the moral relationship between individuals and others. The cultivation of forgiveness character is of great significance to the ideological and political education of college students and the harmonious development of society. Individual mental health, national happiness index and other aspects play an important role. The tension of interpersonal relationship and the weakness of superior character highlight the necessity of cultivating forgiveness character in ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper discusses the significance of cultivating forgiveness character of college students. This paper probes into the theoretical basis and practical value of the cultivation of forgiveness character of college students, and investigates the tendency of forgiveness of college students. This paper makes an empirical investigation on the status quo of forgiveness character of college students and selects 1032 college students from two colleges and universities in Jilin Province as the object of investigation. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the performance of college students' forgiveness and forgiveness by using the Heartland forgiveness scale, which is widely used in the world at present, and the results show that whether it is forgiveness of others or forgiveness of oneself. The performance of college students is not ideal on the whole, but the forgiveness character of rural students is higher than that of urban students. It also shows the importance of cultivating the forgiveness character of college students, which is based on the theory of ideological and political education and the theory of positive psychology. On the path. From the concept of forgiveness, forgiveness behavior and forgiveness atmosphere to carry out ideological and political education for college students at the same time, set up a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values of college students, enhance their own sense of responsibility and happiness. Actively guide college students to form a healthy psychological quality, timely and appropriate forgiveness character education, which is conducive to avoid the occurrence of violence on campus, and to improve the interpersonal and social adaptability of college students. It is helpful to form the campus atmosphere of forgiveness, to help college students shape healthy personality and to promote social stability and harmony.
