【摘要】：新工科建設(shè)是以項(xiàng)目的形式開(kāi)展的。本文從七個(gè)方面討論和分析如何組織和實(shí)施新工科項(xiàng)目。首先,討論對(duì)新工科項(xiàng)目的幾點(diǎn)認(rèn)識(shí);其次,對(duì)教育部發(fā)布的《新工科研究與實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目指南》中的項(xiàng)目方向逐一予以解讀;第三,討論如何組織新工科項(xiàng)目;第四,討論如何實(shí)施新工科項(xiàng)目;第五,就擇優(yōu)推薦新工科建設(shè)項(xiàng)目提出建議;第六,介紹教育部對(duì)新工科建設(shè)的支持措施;最后,討論新工科項(xiàng)目的評(píng)價(jià)和驗(yàn)收。期望本文能夠?yàn)橄嚓P(guān)高校、各地教育行政部門(mén)、教指委及行業(yè)協(xié)(學(xué))會(huì)等組織和實(shí)施新工科項(xiàng)目提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The new engineering construction is in the form of project development. How to organize and implement the new engineering project this paper discusses from seven aspects and analysis. First, discuss some new understanding of engineering projects; secondly, the Ministry of Education issued the "new engineering research and practice project in the" guidelines for project stakeholders to interpret them one by one; third, discuss how to organize new engineering projects; fourth, to discuss how to implement the new engineering project; fifth, it is recommended on the basis of the new engineering construction project proposals; sixth, the Ministry of education to support the construction of new engineering measures; finally, discuss the new engineering project evaluation and acceptance. Hope this paper can for related colleges and universities, educational administration department of country, the Education Committee and Industry Association (Science) will organize and implement new engineering projects and provide the reference.
