【摘要】：超越概念隱喻的學(xué)科生態(tài)系統(tǒng)研究,應(yīng)當(dāng)統(tǒng)籌學(xué)科組織發(fā)展的生態(tài)規(guī)律和社會價值,以期實現(xiàn)公眾利益與組織效率的最大化。學(xué)科生態(tài)系統(tǒng)不僅包括由學(xué)科組織、組織種群、學(xué)科群落等要素構(gòu)成的組織生態(tài)子系統(tǒng),還包括由知識共享、獲取、內(nèi)化、創(chuàng)新等活動構(gòu)成的知識生態(tài)子系統(tǒng),兩大子系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同耦合為世界一流學(xué)科的生長營造了良好的學(xué)術(shù)環(huán)境。認(rèn)為要培育和諧的學(xué)科生態(tài)系統(tǒng),就必須從開放度和關(guān)聯(lián)度兩個維度探尋學(xué)科系統(tǒng)演化的可能路徑。比較而言,首先優(yōu)化學(xué)科組織的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu),將學(xué)科組織獨立生長階段過渡到學(xué)科組織之間的合作創(chuàng)新階段,然后側(cè)重解決學(xué)科系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新難題,應(yīng)該是我國大學(xué)培育學(xué)科生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的最佳路徑。
[Abstract]:Study on discipline ecosystem beyond conceptual metaphor, should co-ordinate the development of discipline organization ecological law and social value, in order to maximize the public interest and organization efficiency. Discipline ecosystem includes not only by the discipline, organization population, organizational ecology subsystem disciplinary communities and other factors, including the sharing of knowledge acquisition internalization of knowledge ecological system innovation activities. The synergistic coupling of the two subsystems for the growth of world first-class disciplines to create a good academic environment. To cultivate discipline ecosystem harmony, we must explore possible paths of evolution from the discipline system openness and relevance in two dimensions. In comparison, the first optimization the internal structure of discipline, the discipline organization independent growth stage to the cooperation between the discipline organization innovation stage, then focus on solving collaborative discipline system The innovation problem should be the best way for Chinese universities to cultivate the subject ecosystem.
