【摘要】:高校大學生是祖國的未來和民族的希望,是21世紀的主人,是中國特色社會主義事業(yè)的建設者和可靠接班人。其道德思想素質高低、理想信念如何,直接關系著21世紀中國的發(fā)展和前途。高校是為國家培養(yǎng)和輸送人才的基地,大學生能否成為國家和社會所需的棟梁之才,思想政治教育發(fā)揮著重要的作用。當前,我國正處于社會轉型的關鍵時期,高校思想政治教育面臨著復雜的國際、國內環(huán)境,在一部分大學生群體中思想政治教育實效性不夠顯著,依舊有待于提高。其影響原因固然有多方面,但其中一個最重要的原因在于大學生接受思想政治教育動力(以下簡稱接受動力)不足,嚴重制約了大學生接受思想政治教育(以下簡稱接受教育)的發(fā)展。因此,不解決大學生的接受動力問題,大學生接受教育的現(xiàn)狀將難以改觀。大學生接受動力問題是高校思想政治教育中一個不可忽視的重大問題。要使思想政治教育更好地發(fā)揮育人作用,首先要從不斷增強大學生接受動力,不斷完善大學生接受動力的運行機制方面著手。國內外學者對于思想政治教育動力的研究已取得了一定的成果,但現(xiàn)有研究的出發(fā)點和落腳點多是服務于國家和社會的需要層面,對大學生的主體性精神,以及大學生個體的合理性需要有所忽視,這就抑制和弱化大學生接受動力的產(chǎn)生,進而影響了思想政治教育的效果。本文從大學生視角來探討如何培養(yǎng)和開發(fā)其接受動力的問題,堅定大學生在這一過程中的主體性作用,發(fā)揮其主體性精神,從而進一步完善高校大學生接受動力培養(yǎng)機制,以利于高校思想政治教育達到預期的效果。本論文以馬克思主義理論為指導,從大學生需要作為切入點開展調查研究,以大學生的主體性作用為基礎,為追求培養(yǎng)和開發(fā)大學生接受動力為目的,圍繞“什么是大學生接受動力,如何培養(yǎng)和增強大學生接受動力”這一基本問題進行了探索。論文由緒論和正文兩大部分組成,正文又分為四章。緒論。首先指出論文選題的理論和現(xiàn)實依據(jù);其次是國內外學者有關動力研究的文獻綜述,指出已有研究中存在的不足;其三,陳述了本研究的理論基礎;其四指出本論文選題意義;最后指出研究思路和研究方法。第一章。對動力、思想政治教育動力、大學生接受動力等相關概念進行界定。第二章。在總結前人研究的基礎上,結合大學生的需要,對大學生接受動力的組成要素和特征進行了的論述。第三章。通過實證調查把握高校大學生接受動力的現(xiàn)狀。當前,我國各高校大學生思想政治教育接受動力總體上是積極主動的,但是也存在著一部分的同學接受動力缺失或者不足的問題,并對其原因從六個方面進行了分析。第四章。探討開發(fā)和推動大學生接受動力產(chǎn)生的方法和基本途徑。主張運用激勵教育法、自我教育法、榜樣示范法和個別教育法,通過重視和滿足大學生需要,尊重和加強大學生主體性作用,培養(yǎng)大學生良好的心理素質,整合思想政治教育要素合力,優(yōu)化思想政治教育環(huán)境,利用現(xiàn)代化信息技術手段開發(fā)思想政治教育資源等六個基本途徑來開發(fā)和培養(yǎng)大學生接受動力。結語。進一步強調培養(yǎng)和開發(fā)大學生接受動力的必須性和迫切性,要真正達到思想政治教育的目標還有很多工作要做。
[Abstract]:College students are the future and hope of the nation, is the owner of the twenty-first Century, is the cause of socialism with China characteristics. The builders and successors of Ideological and moral quality, ideals and beliefs is directly related to the development and the future of Chinese twenty-first Century. Colleges and universities is cultivating and transporting base for the country, the college students can become a man of tremendous promise to the state and society, the ideological and political education plays an important role. At present, China is in a critical period of social transformation, College Ideological and political education is facing the complex international and domestic environment, on the part of College Students Ideological and political education effectiveness is not obvious, still need to be improved. The reason is there are many, but one of the most important reasons is that the ideological and political education of college students receive (hereinafter referred to as accept power) insufficient, restricted the The students accept the ideological and Political Education (hereinafter referred to as education) development. Therefore, the students' acceptance does not solve the problem, the status quo of college students will be difficult to change. University students accept the dynamic problems of Ideological and political education in universities is a major problem that can not be ignored. To make the ideological and political education play a better role in educating people. From the first to continuously enhance the students to receive power, and constantly improve the operating mechanism of college students accept dynamic aspects. Research on power of Ideological and political education of domestic and foreign scholars have made some achievements, but the starting point and the foothold of the existing research is to serve the national and social needs of the spirit level, the students' subjectivity, and reasonable needs of individual students ignored this inhibition and the weakening of college students to accept the power generated, thereby affecting the ideological and Political Education Results. This article from the university student perspective to explore how to cultivate and develop their acceptance of power problems, the main role of the firm students in this process, play their subjective spirit, to further improve the college students' motivation to accept the training mechanism, ideological and political education to achieve the desired effect. This thesis regards Marx's theory as guidance from the students needs as a starting point to carry out the investigation and study, the role of the subjectivity of college students as the basis for the pursuit of development and cultivation of college students to accept the power for the purpose of focusing on "what is the students accept power, how to cultivate and enhance students' motivation to accept" the basic problem is studied. The thesis consists of two parts: introduction and the text, the text is divided into four chapters. The introduction.
