【摘要】:當(dāng)前我國(guó)的就業(yè)形勢(shì)依然嚴(yán)峻,主要表現(xiàn)在就業(yè)人口總量仍在擴(kuò)大,供需矛盾依然有待緩解,就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾突顯,社會(huì)總體就業(yè)壓力較大。大學(xué)畢業(yè)生是我國(guó)就業(yè)群體的重要組成部分,在當(dāng)前嚴(yán)峻的就業(yè)形勢(shì)下大學(xué)生的就業(yè)情況也不容樂(lè)觀(guān),大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的現(xiàn)象仍然普遍存在。當(dāng)前,大學(xué)生“考研”、“考公”的現(xiàn)象還在升溫,一些高校甚至出現(xiàn)一批“專(zhuān)職”考研和考公的畢業(yè)生,他們一門(mén)心思只為考試,不關(guān)注任何招聘就業(yè)信息。還有相當(dāng)一部分大學(xué)生在選擇就業(yè)單位時(shí)只局限于中東部沿海等發(fā)達(dá)城市,或者過(guò)分看重薪酬福利和工作環(huán)境,期望值過(guò)高導(dǎo)致就業(yè)困難。除此之外,大學(xué)生缺乏就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力尤其核心就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)不明顯是導(dǎo)致大學(xué)生就業(yè)困難的最主要原因。通過(guò)研究這一個(gè)課題,對(duì)于高校實(shí)現(xiàn)從“就業(yè)率”到“就業(yè)質(zhì)量”的轉(zhuǎn)變、改善用人單位招聘難的現(xiàn)狀以及培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生核心就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力和促進(jìn)大學(xué)生就業(yè)具有非常重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。本文依照提出問(wèn)題、分析問(wèn)題和解決問(wèn)題的常見(jiàn)思路來(lái)構(gòu)思成文。導(dǎo)論部分首先分析了我國(guó)目前所面臨的總體就業(yè)形勢(shì),提出了大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的問(wèn)題,并分析了大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的主要原因,提出解決大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的關(guān)鍵在于提升大學(xué)生的就業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。論文第一章介紹了就業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的有關(guān)理論,研究了就業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的含義、特征及構(gòu)成要素,重點(diǎn)圍繞理性的就業(yè)觀(guān)念、良好的心理素質(zhì)、優(yōu)秀的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)、豐富的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)和卓越的職業(yè)能力五個(gè)方面對(duì)就業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的構(gòu)成做出詳細(xì)界定。論文第二章主要以山東大學(xué)和山東省100家用人單位為調(diào)研對(duì)象,通過(guò)實(shí)證調(diào)研和理論研究的方法,提出目前我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力普遍存在的問(wèn)題,并進(jìn)一步分析了導(dǎo)致大學(xué)生就業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力存在問(wèn)題的原因。論文第三章以英國(guó)、美國(guó)和日本為例,分析了國(guó)外高校提升大學(xué)生就業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的有效措施,為我國(guó)提升大學(xué)生就業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。論文第四章從高校、政府、用人單位、家庭以及學(xué)生自身層面出發(fā)提出了提升我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的有效對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:At present, the employment situation in our country is still grim, mainly reflected in the total number of employed population is still expanding, the contradiction between supply and demand remains to be alleviated, and the structural contradiction of employment is prominent. College graduates are an important part of the employment group in China. Under the severe employment situation, the employment situation of college students is not optimistic. At present, the phenomenon of "entrance examination" and "public examination" of college students is still heating up, and some colleges and universities even appear a group of "full-time" graduate students who take part in postgraduate studies and public examinations. They focus solely on exams, paying no attention to any employment information. A considerable number of college students choose employment units only in developed cities such as the eastern central coast. Or pay too much attention to benefits and work environment, too high expectations lead to employment difficulties. In addition. The lack of competitive ability of college students, especially the core competitive advantage of employment, is the main reason leading to the employment difficulties of college students. To realize the transformation from "employment rate" to "employment quality" in colleges and universities. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to improve the current situation of recruitment difficulties in employing units and to cultivate the competitive ability of college students' core employment and to promote the employment of college students. The introduction first analyzes the overall employment situation faced by our country at present, and puts forward the difficult problem of college students' employment. And analyzed the main reasons of the employment difficulties of college students, and proposed that the key to solve the employment difficulties of college students lies in enhancing the employment core competitiveness of college students. The first chapter of the thesis introduces the relevant theory of employment core competitiveness. This paper studies the meaning, characteristics and elements of the core competitiveness of employment, focusing on the rational concept of employment, good psychological quality, excellent professional literacy. Rich practical experience and excellent professional ability to make a detailed definition of the composition of the core competitiveness of employment. The second chapter of Shandong University and Shandong Province 100 employers as the research object. Through empirical research and theoretical research methods, this paper puts forward the common problems of the core competitiveness of college students' employment in China at present. The third chapter takes the United Kingdom, the United States and Japan as an example to analyze the effective measures to enhance the core competitiveness of employment of college students abroad. For our country to enhance the core competitiveness of employment of college students to provide experience. Chapter 4th from universities, governments, employers. At the level of family and students themselves, effective countermeasures are put forward to enhance the core competitiveness of college students' employment.
