【摘要】：主體意識(shí),是人作為認(rèn)識(shí)活動(dòng)和實(shí)踐活動(dòng)主體,對(duì)自身主體地位、主體能力和主體價(jià)值的一種自覺意識(shí)。大學(xué)生主體意識(shí)是在主體意識(shí)基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合大學(xué)生群體特點(diǎn)而提出的,大學(xué)生主體意識(shí)培育即立足于大學(xué)生群體,對(duì)其主體意識(shí)進(jìn)行培養(yǎng)研究。隨著全面深化改革的提出和創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,社會(huì)對(duì)人才的綜合要求也更加嚴(yán)格,而培育大學(xué)生主體意識(shí)有助于大學(xué)生個(gè)體全面發(fā)展,從而使大學(xué)生能夠符合社會(huì)改革對(duì)創(chuàng)新人才的要求以及擔(dān)負(fù)起實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)夢(mèng)的歷史責(zé)任,因此對(duì)大學(xué)生主體意識(shí)培育進(jìn)行研究,其意義是深遠(yuǎn)的。通過調(diào)查分析可以看出,當(dāng)前大學(xué)生主體意識(shí)培育雖然取得了一定成效,但還存在很多問題,具體表現(xiàn)為大學(xué)生對(duì)主體意識(shí)培育的認(rèn)知存在誤區(qū),大學(xué)生主體意識(shí)的培育環(huán)境欠佳,以及大學(xué)生主體意識(shí)培育的體系不完善。究其原因,有大學(xué)生自身原因,學(xué)校教育和家庭教育也缺乏對(duì)大學(xué)生主體意識(shí)的關(guān)注,同時(shí)社會(huì)發(fā)展環(huán)境也是影響原因之一。針對(duì)這種現(xiàn)實(shí)情況,培育大學(xué)生主體意識(shí)就要全面統(tǒng)籌,各個(gè)突破,通過拓展社會(huì)教育渠道,使大學(xué)生直接面對(duì)社會(huì),認(rèn)清現(xiàn)實(shí),提升其主體意識(shí)培育積極性;注重學(xué)校教育功能發(fā)揮,使其承擔(dān)起學(xué)校教育主陣地的責(zé)任;積極引入家庭教育,配合培育大學(xué)生主體意識(shí);同時(shí)也要激發(fā)個(gè)人自我教育,使大學(xué)生將主體意識(shí)培育內(nèi)化于心,外化于行。
[Abstract]:Subject consciousness is a person's position as a subject of cognition and practice. The subjective consciousness of college students is put forward on the basis of the subjective consciousness combined with the characteristics of the college students. The cultivation of the subjective consciousness of college students is based on the group of college students. With the overall deepening of reform and the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy, the comprehensive requirements of talents are more stringent. The cultivation of college students' subjective consciousness is conducive to the overall development of college students, so that college students can meet the requirements of social reform for innovative talents and shoulder the historical responsibility of realizing Chinese Dream. Therefore, the research on the cultivation of college students' subjective consciousness is of far-reaching significance. Through the investigation and analysis, we can see that although the cultivation of college students' subjective consciousness has made some achievements, there are still many problems. The concrete manifestation is that there are some misunderstandings in the cultivation of the subject consciousness of the college students, the cultivation environment of the subject consciousness of the university students is not good enough, and the cultivation system of the subject consciousness of the university students is not perfect. School education and family education are also lack of attention to the subject consciousness of college students, and the social development environment is one of the reasons. Each breakthrough, through expanding the social education channel, causes the university student to face the society directly, clearly recognizes the reality, enhances its subjective consciousness cultivation enthusiasm; Pay attention to the function of school education and make it take the responsibility of the main position of school education; Actively introduce family education and cooperate with the cultivation of college students' subjective consciousness; At the same time, it is necessary to stimulate personal self-education so that college students can internalize and externalize their subjective consciousness.
