【摘要】：2017年5月19日—21日,"中國高校院系設置與治理改革"學術研討會在上海舉行。與會專家學者主要從學術探究和改革實踐兩個方面,圍繞院系設置、治理理念與困境、治理策略等進行了深入探討。自上而下的改革和自下而上的改革均聚焦于管理重心下移,激活院系辦學活力,提升院系治理水平。院系治理改革目前面臨的主要是基礎性、前置性現(xiàn)實困境,表明院系治理改革仍然處于初級階段,其中院系設置和學術權力是兩個關鍵問題。院系治理改革的舉措是構建現(xiàn)代院系治理制度,重點是構建學院設置標準、理清院系權力清單。
[Abstract]:From May 19th 2017 to 21st, the academic Symposium on the Establishment and Governance Reform of Chinese Colleges and departments was held in Shanghai. Experts and scholars attended the seminar mainly from two aspects: academic exploration and reform practice. The reform from top to bottom and the reform from bottom to top all focus on the shift of management center of gravity and activate the vitality of running schools. At present, the reform of college and department governance is mainly faced with the basic, pre-reality dilemma, indicating that the reform of college and department governance is still in the primary stage. Among them, the establishment of colleges and departments and academic power are two key issues. The reform of the governance of colleges and departments is to construct the modern governance system of colleges and departments, with the emphasis on the establishment of standards for the establishment of colleges and departments, and to clarify the list of powers of colleges and departments.
