【摘要】：芝加哥大學(xué)社會學(xué)系作為全美最早的社會學(xué)系,在學(xué)科制度建設(shè)、科學(xué)研究、人才培養(yǎng)等多方面形成了自己的特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了社會學(xué)的芝加哥學(xué)派,促使了有影響力的社會學(xué)學(xué)科的形成。芝加哥大學(xué)社會學(xué)學(xué)科形成流派,成為有影響力學(xué)科的路徑有三:制度層面的遵循實(shí)用主義與城市化運(yùn)動(dòng)相結(jié)合的制度環(huán)境,組織層面的融合獨(dú)立大學(xué)環(huán)境與松散學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu),個(gè)體層面的構(gòu)建通才型管理者與多元學(xué)者共同體。但是,其日益凸顯的學(xué)術(shù)資源獨(dú)占、研究范式滯后、人才斷層等問題則阻礙了該校社會學(xué)學(xué)科發(fā)展的腳步,導(dǎo)致其學(xué)科影響力下降�；谄湫纬蛇^程與發(fā)展困境可以看出,創(chuàng)造和掌握制度性的學(xué)術(shù)資源,形成獨(dú)有的研究范式與學(xué)科傳統(tǒng),將學(xué)科發(fā)展與社會發(fā)展相結(jié)合,以及保持學(xué)科發(fā)展的開放性,是世界一流學(xué)科形成和發(fā)展的重要條件。
[Abstract]:As the first national social science department of University of Chicago Department of social and scientific research in the discipline system construction, personnel training and other aspects has formed its own characteristics, the construction of the Chicago School of sociology, prompting the formation of influential social science. University of Chicago sociology formed schools, has become the subject of the influence path three: the institutional environment institutional level follows the pragmatic and city sports combined, fusion structure environment and loose discipline independent university organization level, construct the generalist managers of individual level and diverse community of scholars. However, the increasingly prominent academic resource monopoly, the research paradigm of lag, talent and other issues hinder the school of sociology the pace of development, leading to the decrease of discipline influence. Based on the process of the formation and development of the dilemma can be seen, create and master system The unique academic paradigm and discipline tradition, the combination of disciplinary development and social development and the openness of discipline development are important conditions for the formation and development of world-class disciplines.
