【摘要】：依法治疆,團(tuán)結(jié)穩(wěn)疆,長期建疆是實現(xiàn)新疆長治久安和社會穩(wěn)定的治疆方略,也是推進(jìn)新疆地方實現(xiàn)治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化的必然途徑�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)時代是一個信息的時代,新疆大學(xué)生作為建設(shè)法治新疆的主力軍,作為社會主義核心價值觀的積極倡導(dǎo)者、宣傳者以及踐行者,這就要求大學(xué)生要樹立法治思維,踐行法治精神。本文采用了問卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)法以及定量與定性結(jié)合法,界定了網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治意識相關(guān)概念;分析了新疆大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治意識培育取得的成效、存在的問題及成因;進(jìn)而提出培育新疆大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治意識的原則和路徑。本文分為四部分:第一部分是引言。這一部分主要論述了本研究的背景與意義,著重進(jìn)行了文獻(xiàn)綜述的梳理,明確了研究思路和方法,最后指出了研究的重難點及創(chuàng)新點。第二部分是新疆大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治意識述論。這部分主要界定了法治意識、網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治意識、網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治意識的培育的概念,論述了新疆大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治意識培育的意義和特殊性。從對這些概念的一般性含義到本文使用的概念范圍進(jìn)行界定,從而確定本選題的研究范圍。第三部分是新疆大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治意識的現(xiàn)狀。這部分主要包括新疆大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治意識培育取得成就,存在的問題以及成因分析。培育取得的成就主要有新疆大學(xué)生具有一定網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治知識,新疆大學(xué)生認(rèn)同網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治價值,學(xué)校培育形式和方案科學(xué)化,學(xué)校培育手段和反饋多元化。但同時,新疆大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治意識的培育存在大學(xué)生自身法治意識淡薄,家庭網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育缺位,新疆高校法治教育內(nèi)容不完善,社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治監(jiān)管不健全等問題。其產(chǎn)生的原因有新疆大學(xué)生缺乏自主學(xué)習(xí)與法治實踐,父母對子女上網(wǎng)監(jiān)管不到位,高校法治課程缺乏網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治內(nèi)容,網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪預(yù)警機(jī)制尚未完全形成等。第四部分是新疆大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治意識培育需要堅持的原則以及解決路徑。本文認(rèn)為培育新疆大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治意識需要堅持網(wǎng)上與網(wǎng)下相結(jié)合、法治教育與道德教育相結(jié)合、課內(nèi)與課外相結(jié)合、家庭教育、學(xué)校教育與社會教育相結(jié)合。具體的解決路徑是個人、家庭、學(xué)校、社會四位一體的協(xié)同治理,形成合力來培育新疆大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治意識。
[Abstract]:The rule of law in Xinjiang, Xinjiang unity steady, long-term construction of Xinjiang is Xinjiang long period of stability and social stability in Xinjiang governance strategy, but also to promote the inevitable way to the Xinjiang local governance system and governance capacity modernization. The Internet is an information age, Xinjiang university students as the main force of the construction of rule of law in Xinjiang, as an active advocate of socialist core values the advocate and practitioner, which requires students to establish the rule of law thinking, practice the spirit of the rule of law. This paper uses a questionnaire survey method, literature method and combined method of quantitative and qualitative analysis, defines the related concept of network analysis of Xinjiang college students' awareness of the rule of law; rule of law of the network consciousness cultivation achievements, problems and causes; and the cultivation principle and path of Xinjiang college students' network consciousness of the rule of law. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction. This part mainly discusses The background and significance of this research, mainly focuses on the literature review, the research ideas and methods, and finally points out the difficulty and innovation of the research. The second part is the Xinjiang college students' awareness of the rule of law on the network. This part mainly defines the consciousness of rule of law, rule of law network awareness, cultivating the awareness of the rule of law network the concept, discusses the Xinjiang college students to cultivate the consciousness of network law significance and particularity. The definition range from the general meaning of these concepts to the use, so as to determine the scope of the study of this topic. The third part is the current situation of Xinjiang college students' network consciousness of the rule of law. This part mainly includes Xinjiang college students network law consciousness cultivation achievement and the problems and cause analysis. The main achievements are to cultivate college students in Xinjiang has certain network law knowledge, network identity of college students in Xinjiang The value of the rule of law, the school cultivation form and scientific means of cultivation and feedback, school diversification. But at the same time, cultivation of Xinjiang college students' network consciousness of law exists college students legal consciousness, family network legal education vacancy, Xinjiang university legal system education content is not perfect, the supervision of network society under the rule of law is not perfect and so on. The causes of Xinjiang college students lack of autonomous learning and practice of the rule of law, parents of children Internet supervision is not in place, lack of rule of law in the course of network content of the rule of law, criminal network of early warning mechanism has not yet formed. The fourth part is the Xinjiang college students network law consciousness cultivation need to adhere to the principle and solution path. This paper thinks that the cultivation of Xinjiang college students' network consciousness of the rule of law need to adhere to the online and offline the combination of legal education and moral education combined, the combination of curricular and extra-curricular, family education, School The combination of school education and social education is the coordinated solution of four aspects of individual, family, school and society. The resultant force is to cultivate Xinjiang college students' awareness of network rule of law.
