【摘要】：地方本科高校尤其新建地方本科高校的轉型是時代要求,教師是轉型的核心利益相關者,轉型影響教師專業(yè)發(fā)展邏輯與思維方式發(fā)生轉變,引起了教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實問題。破解轉型和發(fā)展內在邏輯的應有之義是教師轉變和學校教育質量提高的同期互動�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)+所飽含的平等、互助、共贏的時代精神需要地方本科高校在轉型過程中破除學校的內外壁壘,以教師轉變?yōu)槠鯔C,達成教師—市場—學生的融合。教師轉變切忌一刀切,實質是產教融合視域下的教師創(chuàng)新精神被喚醒,各顯其才,各盡其能,可以通過人本主義、多元融合主義和人文主義三種策略的融合嘗試解決地方本科高校轉型影響下的教師專業(yè)發(fā)展問題。
[Abstract]:Local colleges and universities especially the new transformation of local colleges and universities is the requirement of the times, teachers are the core stakeholders of the transformation, the transformation of teachers' professional development and logical thinking mode transformation, caused the problems of teachers' professional development. The proper meaning to break the transformation and development of the internal logic of the transformation of teachers and school education is to improve the quality of the same period interactive.
