【摘要】：文章從國家在新疆建立漢語國際推廣中亞基地的重要性、中亞基地的定位和職能、中亞基地的未來發(fā)展三個方面論述了漢語國際傳播在國家及自治區(qū)"軟實力"建設中的作用及可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。同時,也從轉(zhuǎn)變對外漢語教學觀念,加強建設孔子學院及對外漢語教師隊伍建設等方面提出了更快更好發(fā)展新疆與中亞區(qū)域漢語國際傳播事業(yè)的相關對策。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of the importance of establishing an international Chinese base for the promotion of Central Asia in Xinjiang, the orientation and functions of the base in Central Asia, This paper discusses the role of Chinese international communication in the construction of "soft power" in China and the autonomous region and its sustainable development strategy in three aspects of the future development of the Central Asia Base. At the same time, it also puts forward some countermeasures to develop the international communication of Chinese language in Xinjiang and Central Asia, from the aspects of changing the concept of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, strengthening the construction of Confucius Institute and the construction of teaching staff of Chinese as a foreign language.
