【摘要】：隨著孔子學(xué)院在全球的興辦,對(duì)我國(guó)對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)提出了更高的要求。應(yīng)從提高全民認(rèn)識(shí)、加大教師培養(yǎng)力度、提升現(xiàn)有教師專業(yè)素質(zhì)、加強(qiáng)政府和學(xué)校管理協(xié)調(diào)等四個(gè)方面來(lái)加強(qiáng)對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:With the establishment of Confucius Institute in the world, the construction of teaching faculty for Chinese as a foreign language has put forward higher requirements. We should strengthen the construction of the teaching staff of Chinese as a foreign language from four aspects: raising the whole people's understanding, strengthening the training of teachers, improving the professional quality of the existing teachers, and strengthening the coordination between the government and the school management.
