【摘要】：詞匯教學一直是對外漢語教學界研究的重難點。在詞匯的教學方法上,學界普遍認為要將詞匯教學與文化教學相結合,幫助學習者構建漢語的文化語言心理,才能使其融入到真正的漢語語境進行交流。飲食詞匯承載著中國飲食文化的豐富內(nèi)涵,是學習者日常必不可少的常用詞匯。但是含有隱喻意義和文化內(nèi)涵的飲食類詞及由文化引申出的詞匯的意義仍是大多數(shù)外國留學生的理解盲區(qū)。文中筆者基于對新“HSK”中的飲食類詞語的整理與選取,對其隱喻意義和文化內(nèi)涵進行分析,并結合飲食類詞語的特點對其教學方法進行探討,提出了相應的教學建議。以期對對外漢語教學和中國文化的傳播產(chǎn)生一定的幫助。本文共分為五個部分:第一部分:第一章,緒論,說明選題緣由,研究內(nèi)容與相關的研究綜述,并列舉了本文所用到的相關理論和語料來源,最后說明了本文的研究方法。第二部分:第二章,對新“HSK”詞匯大綱的詞語按照等級進行統(tǒng)計,并闡明本文的選詞標準。將所選的飲食類詞匯進行分類梳理并說明理由。第三部分:第三章-第五章,對新“HSK”詞匯大綱中的飲食類詞語按照飲食類名稱詞,味覺詞以及飲食類動作詞的分類方式進行隱喻分析和文化內(nèi)涵的解釋。并提出相應的教學方法分析。第四部分:第六章,基于新“HSK”飲食類詞語的教學建議第五部分,結語,對全文進行總結
[Abstract]:Vocabulary teaching has always been an important and difficult point in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. In terms of vocabulary teaching methods, scholars generally believe that it is necessary to combine vocabulary teaching with cultural teaching to help learners build up the cultural and linguistic psychology of Chinese in order to integrate them into the real Chinese context for communication. Dietary vocabulary, which bears the rich connotation of Chinese diet culture, is an indispensable vocabulary for learners in their daily life. However, the metaphorical and cultural connotations of diet words and the meanings of words derived from culture are still blind areas for most foreign students. Based on the arrangement and selection of dietetic words in the new "HSK", the author analyzes their metaphorical meaning and cultural connotations, probes into their teaching methods combined with the characteristics of dietetic words, and puts forward some corresponding teaching suggestions. In order to help the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language and the spread of Chinese culture. This paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter, introduction, explain the reason of the topic, research content and related research review, and enumerate the relevant theories and corpus sources used in this paper, and finally explain the research methods of this paper. In the second chapter, the author makes statistics on the words of the new "HSK" lexical outline according to their grades, and clarifies the standard of choosing words in this paper. Sort out the selected diet vocabulary and explain the reasons. The third part: chapter three-chapter five, according to the classification of diet words, taste words and action words of diet category, the author makes a metaphorical analysis and explains the cultural connotations of the new "HSK" vocabulary outline according to the classification methods of the names of diet words, taste words and action words of diet category. And put forward the corresponding teaching method analysis. Part four: chapter six, the teaching suggestions based on the new "HSK" diet words part five, the conclusion, the summary of the full text
