【摘要】:語言教學(xué)和文化教學(xué)是對外漢語教學(xué)中密不可分的兩個方面,彼此互相影響,文化教學(xué)有時甚至?xí)龠M(jìn)學(xué)生語言知識的習(xí)得。飲食文化作為中國文化的重要組成部分,它的獨(dú)特性也對漢語的詞匯、句子、表達(dá)產(chǎn)生了一些影響。因此,我們在對外漢語的教學(xué)過程中應(yīng)當(dāng)重視飲食文化的教學(xué),從留學(xué)生感興趣的話題作為教學(xué)的關(guān)鍵引入點(diǎn),能提高留學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)熱情,增加他們課堂的參與度,讓他們更好地理解中國人的文化觀念,進(jìn)而更準(zhǔn)確的理解漢語知識、運(yùn)用漢語詞匯!渡嗉馍系闹袊颉肥且徊恐v述中國飲食文化的紀(jì)錄片,它的內(nèi)容新穎豐富且具有時代感,本文將它作為典型案例來探討,希望能夠探討出在實際教學(xué)中如何進(jìn)行飲食文化教學(xué),進(jìn)而達(dá)到更好的傳播中國的飲食文化的效果。
[Abstract]:Language teaching and cultural teaching are two inseparable aspects of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, which influence each other. Culture teaching sometimes even promotes the acquisition of students' language knowledge. Food culture is an important part of Chinese culture.
