【摘要】：文化定勢(shì)是一種不可避免的普遍現(xiàn)象,在跨文化交際中具有積極或消極的作用,具有過(guò)分簡(jiǎn)單、以偏蓋全、相對(duì)穩(wěn)定而又可變的特征。文化定勢(shì)是跨文化交際中不可避免的一個(gè)問(wèn)題。杭州是中國(guó)東南沿海地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)城市之一,面對(duì)越來(lái)越多的來(lái)華外賓,他們對(duì)中國(guó)和中國(guó)人的文化定勢(shì)將影響他們?cè)谌A期間的工作和生活。于是,深入監(jiān)測(cè)他們的文化定勢(shì)變化有著深遠(yuǎn)而實(shí)用的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文以滾雪球的抽樣方式,選取了在杭州的5名菲律賓籍工作人員,對(duì)他們進(jìn)行了為期一年的敘事性研究,旨在調(diào)查： 1.他們?cè)趤?lái)中國(guó)之前對(duì)中國(guó)人的文化定勢(shì)有哪些? 2.在華期間,他們的文化定勢(shì)發(fā)生了怎樣的變化?3.我們能從這些文化定勢(shì)變化中吸取什么知識(shí)來(lái)幫助文化認(rèn)同的進(jìn)程? 通過(guò)第四章的分析研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)在這些文化定勢(shì)變化的過(guò)程中,個(gè)人的表現(xiàn)差別很大,但也有重合之處。主要取決于該被試的性格和動(dòng)力,以及交際方法技巧和價(jià)值觀等,與在中國(guó)所待時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短并無(wú)直接關(guān)系。 針對(duì)這種情況,作者提出一些切實(shí)可行的建議,如加深了解,學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)言,尊重對(duì)方宗教,注意個(gè)體化的情景差異以及培養(yǎng)自己獨(dú)特的交際方式等方法以便更好地進(jìn)行跨文化交際。
