供給側(cè)視角下我國普通高校學歷繼續(xù)教育存在的問題及改革路徑

【摘要】:當下我國正以供給側(cè)改革引領(lǐng)新常態(tài)下的社會發(fā)展,供給側(cè)改革為我國普通高校學歷繼續(xù)教育的改革提供了新視角。目前,我國普通高校學歷繼續(xù)教育的供給側(cè)存在著供給質(zhì)量和效率偏低、供需不匹配、供給監(jiān)管失范、供給專業(yè)性不高的問題。為突破發(fā)展瓶頸,普通高校學歷繼續(xù)教育應以內(nèi)涵發(fā)展為核心,提升供給質(zhì)量;以學習者和社會需求為導向,提高供給適需性;重構(gòu)混合式教學方式,提高供給效率;借助現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù),打造規(guī)范化供給管理體系;建設(shè)優(yōu)質(zhì)師資隊伍,實現(xiàn)精準化、專業(yè)化供給。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is leading the social development under the new normal with supply-side reform, and the supply-side reform provides a new angle of view for the reform of continuing education of academic qualifications in colleges and universities. At present, the supply-side of continuing education of academic qualifications in colleges and universities in our country has the problems of low supply quality and efficiency, mismatch between supply and demand, improper supervision of supply, and low professional supply. In order to break through the bottleneck of development, the continuing education of academic qualifications in colleges and universities should take connotation development as the core, improve the quality of supply, take learners' and social demand as the guide, improve the adaptability of supply, reconstruct the mixed teaching mode and improve the efficiency of supply. With the help of modern information technology, to create standardized supply management system, to build quality teachers, to achieve precision, specialized supply.
