【摘要】：高校正處于轉型時期,需要不斷提高自身的實力和競爭力,增強其服務社會的職能,發(fā)揮繼續(xù)教育的作用則是重要體現(xiàn)。而社會的快速發(fā)展也對在職人員知識更新速度要求越來越快。這就需要企業(yè)在職人員要不斷學習新的知識,提高綜合素質,鍛煉各方面的能力,滿足自身和企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的需要。高校擁有豐富和優(yōu)質的教育教學資源,是開展繼續(xù)教育最合適的場所,所以要充分利用高校在繼續(xù)教育的優(yōu)勢。而企業(yè)提供的專業(yè)技術人員及實踐基地等也是高校選擇與企業(yè)合作的必要條件。雙方通過合作,不僅可以利用高校豐富的教育教學資源,充分發(fā)揮高校繼續(xù)教育的作用,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)培養(yǎng)人才的目的,還能充分發(fā)揮企業(yè)優(yōu)勢,彌補和完善高校繼續(xù)教育的不足。高校的理論培養(yǎng)和企業(yè)的實戰(zhàn)練習完美結合,實現(xiàn)校企資源和利益的同享和共贏。本論文從校企合作繼續(xù)教育的相關概念和理論基礎出發(fā),通過對我國校企合作開展繼續(xù)教育的現(xiàn)存問題分析,并針對存在的問題及原因,借鑒國外校企合作開展繼續(xù)教育的成功經(jīng)驗,積極探索適應我國現(xiàn)代社會的校企合作繼續(xù)教育發(fā)展對策。積極促進校企合作開展繼續(xù)教育是時代和社會發(fā)展的科學選擇,為高校和企業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來了機遇。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities are in the transition period, they need to constantly improve their strength and competitiveness, strengthen their function of serving the society, and play the role of continuing education is an important embodiment. And the rapid development of the society also needs to update the knowledge of the staff more and more quickly. Therefore, it is necessary for the in-service staff to learn new knowledge, improve their comprehensive quality, exercise their abilities, and meet the needs of their own and the sustainable development of the enterprise. Colleges and universities have rich and high-quality educational and teaching resources, which is the most suitable place for continuing education, so we should make full use of the advantages of colleges and universities in continuing education. And the professional technical personnel and the practice base provided by the enterprise are also the necessary conditions for the university to choose and cooperate with the enterprise. Through cooperation, the two sides can not only make full use of the abundant educational and teaching resources in colleges and universities, give full play to the role of continuing education in colleges and universities, realize the purpose of cultivating talents in enterprises, but also give full play to the advantages of enterprises and make up for and perfect the deficiencies of continuing education in colleges and universities. The theoretical training of colleges and universities and the practical practice of enterprises are perfectly combined to realize the sharing and win-win of the resources and interests of the universities and enterprises. Based on the related concepts and theoretical basis of the school-enterprise cooperation continuing education, this paper analyzes the existing problems of the school-enterprise cooperation continuing education in our country, and aims at the existing problems and reasons. By learning from the successful experiences of foreign schools and enterprises in carrying out continuing education, we should actively explore the countermeasures for the development of cooperation between schools and enterprises to meet the needs of the modern society in our country. It is a scientific choice for the development of the times and society to actively promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises to carry out continuing education, which brings opportunities for the development of universities and enterprises.
