【摘要】："以人為本"既是素質(zhì)教育的核心,也是成人教育改革需要重點(diǎn)落實(shí)的工作,而且"以人為本"真實(shí)地反映科學(xué)發(fā)展觀思想。目前,我國(guó)成人教育存在生源結(jié)構(gòu)比較復(fù)雜且文化水平參差不齊,傳統(tǒng)應(yīng)試教育理念根深蒂固,社會(huì)對(duì)成人教育存在一定程度的偏見(jiàn)甚至歧視,教學(xué)手段比較單一、乏味,教學(xué)內(nèi)容過(guò)于滯后等問(wèn)題。因此,為了有效地提升我國(guó)成人教育質(zhì)量,需要改變傳統(tǒng)的教育理念,在"以人為本"理念的指導(dǎo)下,豐富教育手段且不斷地優(yōu)化教育內(nèi)容,增強(qiáng)師資力量的培訓(xùn),將課堂教育的主動(dòng)權(quán)歸還給學(xué)生,并且構(gòu)建完善的教育管理體系,讓"以人為本"教育理念深入人心,從而全面地提升成人教育水平。
[Abstract]:"People-oriented" is not only the core of quality-oriented education, but also the focus of the reform of adult education, and "people-oriented" truly reflects the scientific concept of development. At present, adult education in our country has complicated structure of students and uneven cultural level, the traditional examination-oriented education concept is deeply rooted, the society has a certain degree of prejudice or even discrimination against adult education, the teaching method is relatively simple and boring. The teaching content is too backward and so on. Therefore, in order to effectively improve the quality of adult education in our country, we need to change the traditional educational concept, under the guidance of "people-oriented" concept, enrich the educational means and constantly optimize the content of education, strengthen the training of teachers. The initiative of classroom education should be returned to the students, and a perfect educational management system should be set up, so that the idea of "people-oriented" education can be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, so that the level of adult education can be improved comprehensively.
