【摘要】：家庭早期教養(yǎng)質(zhì)量對兒童的短期和終身發(fā)展都有極其重要的影響,因此應(yīng)為家庭提供早期教養(yǎng)方面的支持與服務(wù)�？偨Y(jié)發(fā)達(dá)國家的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)可以發(fā)現(xiàn),"入戶指導(dǎo)"是改善家庭教養(yǎng)環(huán)境的有效手段。如美國就開發(fā)和實(shí)施了以發(fā)展取向教養(yǎng)理論為指導(dǎo)、以"入戶指導(dǎo)"為主要形式的"家庭早期教養(yǎng)支持"項(xiàng)目,其目標(biāo)人群以弱勢群體或有特殊需求的群體為主,服務(wù)模式以教養(yǎng)-互動(dòng)為中心,實(shí)施過程中強(qiáng)化互動(dòng)與回應(yīng)。此種項(xiàng)目在降低家長的教養(yǎng)壓力、提高家長的教養(yǎng)效能感、改善家庭環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)以及親子互動(dòng)質(zhì)量上效果顯著。我國政府有必要根據(jù)當(dāng)前家庭育兒需要,從關(guān)注醫(yī)教結(jié)合與早期干預(yù)到同時(shí)重視父母參與,在合理引入民間資源、發(fā)揮政府主導(dǎo)作用的基礎(chǔ)上,通過私營機(jī)構(gòu)、非政府組織與政府之間的合作建立和完善以"入戶指導(dǎo)"為主要形式的"家庭早期教養(yǎng)支持"項(xiàng)目。
[Abstract]:The quality of early upbringing in the family has an extremely important influence on the development of children in the short and long term, so it is necessary to provide support and services for early upbringing of the family. Summing up the practical experience of developed countries, we can find that "guidance to enter the household" is an effective means to improve the family upbringing environment. For example, the United States has developed and implemented the "early Family upbringing support" program, which is guided by the theory of development-oriented upbringing and "guidance to the household" as the main form, and its target population is mainly vulnerable groups or groups with special needs. Service mode is centered on upbringing-interaction, and strengthens interaction and response in the process of implementation. This project is effective in reducing parental stress, improving parenting efficacy, creating family environment and quality of parent-child interaction. It is necessary for our government to pay attention to the combination of medical education and early intervention to the participation of parents at the same time, on the basis of reasonable introduction of private resources and play a leading role by the government, and through the private sector, according to the current needs of family child-rearing. Cooperation between NGOs and the government to establish and improve the "home guidance" as the main form of "early family upbringing support" project.
