成人教育理論研究新探

【摘要】：成人教育是我國教育體系當中的重要組成部分,同時能夠提高全民素質,促進經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展。目前我國成人教育形成了多層次、多方式的辦學體系,然而傳統(tǒng)的教學方式仍舊無法滿足教學需求,在一定程度上影響了成人教育的健康發(fā)展。成人教育的發(fā)展很大程度上依賴于經(jīng)濟發(fā)展程度和社會實際人才需求,我國成人教育經(jīng)過幾十年的發(fā)展,在不斷的改革創(chuàng)新中勇闖教育盲區(qū),為我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展輸送了大批高素質的專業(yè)技能型人才。在新的歷史時期,我國經(jīng)濟結構面臨轉型,要求成人教育必須在改革實踐中不斷總結經(jīng)驗、突破創(chuàng)新,建設有質量文化體系的現(xiàn)代成人教育體制。
[Abstract]:Adult education is an important part of China's education system, which can improve the quality of the whole people and promote economic and social development. At present, adult education in China has formed a multi-level and multi-way school system. However, the traditional teaching methods still can not meet the teaching needs, which to some extent has affected the healthy development of adult education. The development of adult education depends to a great extent on the degree of economic development and the demand of social talents. After decades of development, adult education in our country bravely runs into the blind zone of education in the course of continuous reform and innovation. For China's economic development, a large number of high-quality professional and skilled personnel. In the new historical period, the economic structure of our country is facing the transformation, which requires the adult education to continuously sum up the experience in the reform practice, break through the innovation, and construct the modern adult education system with the quality culture system.
