成人教育中困難群體占額偏小的原因及對策分析

【摘要】:成人教育作為普通教育的延伸應(yīng)當(dāng)本著全民終身教育的理念促進(jìn)教育公平、提高全體公民素質(zhì),但現(xiàn)今的成人教育對象多為以晉升職位和自身提高為目的而接受教育的群體,而處于社會底層和劣勢地位的困難群體卻未得到充分重視,這一現(xiàn)象主要由社會關(guān)注度較低、成人教育機構(gòu)的利益導(dǎo)向趨勢以及困難成人群體自身受教育意識及能力薄弱等因素導(dǎo)致。對此,唯有國家的支持、成人教育途徑以及內(nèi)容多樣化,社會第三方組織的積極參與以及各困難群體自身受教育的意識喚醒方能得以改變。
[Abstract]:As an extension of general education, adult education should be based on the concept of universal lifelong education to promote education equity and improve the quality of all citizens. However, the disadvantaged groups at the bottom of the society and in the disadvantaged position have not been given sufficient attention, which is mainly due to the low degree of social concern. The trend of interest orientation in adult education institutions and the weakness of education consciousness and ability of difficult adult groups. Only with the support of the state, the diversification of adult education approaches and contents, the active participation of social third party organizations and the awakening of the consciousness of the poor groups themselves can they be changed.
