【摘要】：隨著我國教育事業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,高校成人教育面臨著招生數(shù)量萎縮、教學(xué)質(zhì)量下滑和社會認(rèn)可度低等一系列問題,培養(yǎng)具有創(chuàng)新意識和創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的新型成人學(xué)生是推動成人教育發(fā)展的新出路�；诖�,通過對創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)視域下高校成人教育現(xiàn)狀和問題分析,提出創(chuàng)新型、創(chuàng)業(yè)型和落地型"三型人才"模式,該模式根據(jù)成人學(xué)生學(xué)制特點(diǎn)和職業(yè)需求分類細(xì)化培養(yǎng)其創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)意識、動手能力和扎根精神。實(shí)現(xiàn)了成人學(xué)生按需選擇、按需求學(xué)和按需實(shí)踐,為進(jìn)一步加快高校成人教育工作探索了新路徑。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of education in China, adult education in colleges and universities is faced with a series of problems, such as shrinking enrollment, declining teaching quality and low social acceptance. Cultivating new adult students with innovative consciousness and entrepreneurial ability is a new way to promote the development of adult education. Based on this, through the analysis of the current situation and problems of adult education in colleges and universities from the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship, this paper puts forward the innovative, entrepreneurial and landing "three types of talents" model. According to the characteristics of adult students' academic system and professional needs, the model is classified to train their innovative and entrepreneurial consciousness, practical ability and rooted spirit. It realizes adult students' on-demand selection, learning according to needs and practice on demand, and explores a new way to speed up the work of adult education in colleges and universities.
