家長教育期望中的“羅森塔爾效應(yīng)”循環(huán)模型探析——基于CEPS的模型檢驗(yàn)

【摘要】:文章以布羅菲和古德的期望效應(yīng)五環(huán)節(jié)模式為基礎(chǔ),分析了教師期望與家長教育期望間作用過程的差異,構(gòu)建了家長教育期望中的"羅森塔爾效應(yīng)"實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)制的四環(huán)節(jié)模式及作用過程圖形化循環(huán)模型,并應(yīng)用CEPS數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)模型進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn);認(rèn)為理解并分析家長教育期望的作用過程機(jī)理有助于診斷和改進(jìn)家長對(duì)子女的行為方式,進(jìn)而幫助提高子女的學(xué)習(xí)成績。
[Abstract]:Based on the five-link model of expectation effect of Brofield and Goodall, this paper analyzes the difference between teachers' expectation and parents' educational expectation. This paper constructs a four-link model of the "Rosenthal effect" realization mechanism in the expectation of parents' education and a graphical cycle model of the process of action, and uses CEPS data to test the model. It is suggested that understanding and analyzing the process mechanism of parents' educational expectation is helpful to diagnose and improve parents' behavior towards their children, and then to improve their academic achievement.
