【摘要】：加快發(fā)展農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育是推進新型城鎮(zhèn)化的客觀要求。當(dāng)前,我國農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育存在資源總量不足、空間分布不均、整體利用率不高、服務(wù)能力較差等問題,應(yīng)采取建設(shè)新型職教集團、農(nóng)村社區(qū)學(xué)院、職業(yè)教育聯(lián)盟、職業(yè)教育園區(qū)以及實行"類產(chǎn)業(yè)化"經(jīng)營等五種資源整合模式,運用政府調(diào)控、市場調(diào)節(jié)以及綜合推動等手段,加大農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育發(fā)展理念、資金投入、運行規(guī)制、專業(yè)設(shè)置、師資隊伍、辦學(xué)形式、物質(zhì)資產(chǎn)等方面的整合,最大限度地滿足廣大農(nóng)民對職業(yè)教育服務(wù)的現(xiàn)實訴求。
[Abstract]:Speeding up the development of rural vocational education is the objective requirement of promoting new urbanization. At present, there are some problems in rural vocational education in our country, such as insufficient total resources, uneven spatial distribution, low overall utilization rate, poor service ability, etc. It is necessary to build new vocational education groups, rural community colleges, vocational education alliances, etc. Vocational education parks and the implementation of "class industrialization" management of five resources integration mode, using government regulation, market regulation and comprehensive promotion, to increase the concept of rural vocational education development, capital investment, operational regulation, professional setup, The integration of teachers, form of running a school, material assets and so on can meet the practical demands of the majority of farmers for vocational education services to the maximum extent.
