【摘要】：當前,我國城鎮(zhèn)化率已經突破50%,城鎮(zhèn)化的高速發(fā)展勢必會帶來失地農民數量的增長。失地農民在城鎮(zhèn)化過程中面臨巨大的社會轉型,包括就業(yè)、生活方式、身份和社會心理等四個方面的城市化、市民化。面對這樣的轉型,失地農民在思想觀念、綜合素質、職業(yè)能力、社會資本等方面還存在障礙,影響了失地農民面向城市的轉型。為此,成人教育應該發(fā)揮其優(yōu)勢,對失地農民開展思想教育、科學文化教育、職業(yè)技能培訓和社會資本教育,從而提升失地農民融入城市社會的能力。
[Abstract]:At present, China's urbanization rate has exceeded 50%, the rapid development of urbanization is bound to bring about the increase of the number of land-lost farmers. In the process of urbanization, landless farmers face a huge social transformation, including employment, life style, identity and social psychology. Faced with such a transformation, landless farmers still have obstacles in the aspects of ideology, comprehensive quality, professional ability, social capital and so on, which have affected the transformation of landless farmers towards the city. Therefore, adult education should give full play to its advantages, and carry out ideological education, scientific and cultural education, vocational skills training and social capital education for landless farmers, so as to enhance the ability of landless farmers to integrate into urban society.
