【摘要】：社會主義新農(nóng)村建設,必須依賴"懂技術、有文化、會經(jīng)營"的新型高素質(zhì)農(nóng)民貢獻力量,才能為統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展打好堅實的基礎。在國家實施"三農(nóng)"戰(zhàn)略的背景下,可以通過加強農(nóng)民工的新職業(yè)技能培訓,提高職業(yè)素養(yǎng);重視留守兒童教育和人文關懷,為培育未來新型農(nóng)民打基礎;加強農(nóng)村基礎設施建設,改善農(nóng)民的生活生產(chǎn)環(huán)境;拓展留守農(nóng)民的就業(yè)渠道,重視農(nóng)村留守女性的培育等方面,探討新生代農(nóng)民工綜合素養(yǎng)培育的路徑和新型留守農(nóng)民綜合素養(yǎng)培育的對策,從而為"三農(nóng)"戰(zhàn)略的實現(xiàn)提供支持與保障。
[Abstract]:In order to build a new socialist countryside, we must rely on a new type of high-quality peasants who understand technology, have culture and can manage, so as to lay a solid foundation for the overall economic development of urban and rural areas. Under the background of the implementation of the strategy of "agriculture, countryside and farmers", we can improve our professional accomplishment by strengthening the training of new vocational skills of migrant workers, attach importance to the education of left-behind children and humanistic care, and lay the foundation for the cultivation of new farmers in the future. Strengthen the construction of rural infrastructure, improve the living and production environment of farmers; Expanding the employment channels of the peasants left behind, paying attention to the cultivation of women left behind in rural areas, and discussing the path of the comprehensive literacy cultivation of the new generation of migrant workers and the countermeasures for the cultivation of the comprehensive literacy of the new type of peasants left behind. In order to provide support and guarantee for the realization of the strategy of agriculture, rural areas and farmers.
