國外中小學(xué)寄宿制學(xué)校的辦學(xué)管理經(jīng)驗及其影響

【摘要】:國外寄宿制學(xué)校包括私立的精英寄宿制學(xué)校、公立的面向邊遠地區(qū)和弱勢群體的寄宿制學(xué)校等多種類型。其辦學(xué)管理特點是政府制定統(tǒng)一標準并實施監(jiān)督,學(xué)校注重寄宿生的身心健康,家庭和社會力量積極參與促進寄宿生的學(xué)校適應(yīng)。國外寄宿制學(xué)校有利于提升學(xué)生的受教育質(zhì)量、促進學(xué)生的社會化,但學(xué)生過早與家人隔離不利于學(xué)生的性格養(yǎng)成和心理發(fā)展。建議我國要制定符合學(xué)生年齡特點的寄宿制學(xué)校政策;加強寄宿制學(xué)校的標準建設(shè)和監(jiān)督監(jiān)管;進一步關(guān)注寄宿生的心理健康;為家長提供關(guān)于幫助子女更快適應(yīng)寄宿生活的方法和策略。
[Abstract]:Foreign boarding schools include private elite boarding schools, public boarding schools for remote areas and vulnerable groups, and so on. The management of running a school is characterized by the government formulating unified standards and implementing supervision, schools pay attention to the physical and mental health of boarding students, and family and social forces actively participate in promoting the school adaptation of boarding students. Foreign boarding schools are beneficial to improve the quality of students' education and promote the socialization of students, but the premature isolation of students from their families is not conducive to the cultivation of students' character and psychological development. It is suggested that our country should formulate a boarding school policy in accordance with the age characteristics of students, strengthen the standard construction and supervision of boarding schools, pay more attention to the mental health of boarding students, and provide parents with methods and strategies to help their children adapt to boarding life more quickly.
