【摘要】：正學(xué)生核心素養(yǎng)的培育對班主任提出了更高的要求。然而在學(xué)生的自我意識不斷增強(qiáng)的情況下,教師基于傳統(tǒng)甚至落后教育理念而對學(xué)生進(jìn)行的說教、指責(zé)、否定、嘲諷,以及任意打斷、隨意評價(jià)等問題,依然存在于部分班主任的管理方式和話語體系中。雖然許多班主任是"善意"或"無意"而為之的,但事實(shí)上會對學(xué)生的心理發(fā)展產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響,甚至?xí)l(fā)厭學(xué)、逃學(xué)、自殺等嚴(yán)重后果。如何改善這種不良狀況?"非暴力溝通"理念或許可以為我們提供一些啟發(fā)和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of students' core literacy puts forward higher requirements for class teachers. However, with the increasing self-consciousness of students, teachers preach, accuse, negate, ridicule, interrupt and evaluate students on the basis of traditional and even backward educational ideas. It still exists in the management mode and discourse system of some class teachers. Although many class teachers are "well-intentioned" or "unintentional", in fact, they will have a negative impact on the psychological development of students, and even lead to serious consequences such as weariness of school, truancy, suicide and so on. How to improve this bad situation? the concept of "non-violent communication" may provide us with some inspiration and reference.
