【摘要】：隨著國家教育的發(fā)展,教育改革已逐步深入到制度和行為層面,學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康某些指標(biāo)的持續(xù)下降,已引起了國家的高度重視。為了解決這一問題,同時(shí)為了滿足學(xué)生的興趣愛好和社會(huì)需要,許多地區(qū)打破了傳統(tǒng)的在“初升高”考試的體育考試中的設(shè)項(xiàng)模式,設(shè)立游泳項(xiàng)目,以充分發(fā)揮游泳在增強(qiáng)青少年體質(zhì)中的作用。本文以福建省擬在2014年中考體育中設(shè)游泳項(xiàng)目和已在中考體育中設(shè)游泳項(xiàng)目8個(gè)地區(qū)為考察對(duì)象,分析福建省中考體育中游泳考試方案存在的問題,為更好地實(shí)施福建省體育中考游泳項(xiàng)目提供參考意見,促進(jìn)群眾性游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)更好地發(fā)展,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)青少年學(xué)生身心的健康發(fā)展。本研究得出如下主要結(jié)論：(1)福建省在中考體育中設(shè)游泳項(xiàng)目是非常必要的。(2)福建省在中考體育中設(shè)游泳項(xiàng)目具備了一定的可行條件,但是可行條件仍需不斷加強(qiáng)擴(kuò)充。(3)福建省中考體育游泳項(xiàng)目實(shí)施方案中評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、評(píng)分方式、評(píng)分等級(jí)、考試規(guī)則、考試方法、考務(wù)工作細(xì)則等方面存在不足,需要改進(jìn)和完善。(4)福建省的一線體育教師和國培中學(xué)體育骨干教師對(duì)中考體育設(shè)游泳項(xiàng)目提出諸多寶貴意見和建議,大部分支持中考體育設(shè)游泳項(xiàng)目,支持開設(shè)游泳課程,但要循序漸進(jìn),逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)。(5)學(xué)校對(duì)中考游泳的定位不準(zhǔn)確,致使學(xué)校師生不能正確認(rèn)識(shí)中考游泳,偏離了生命安全教育中心思想,影響中考游泳工作的開展。(6)場地設(shè)施、學(xué)校重視程度、社會(huì)游泳培訓(xùn)的質(zhì)量、教師教授游泳的資質(zhì)、學(xué)生對(duì)中考游泳的認(rèn)識(shí)等,都對(duì)體育中考游泳項(xiàng)目實(shí)施有影響。
[Abstract]:With the development of national education, educational reform has gradually penetrated into the system and behavior level, and the continuous decline of some indicators of students' physical health has attracted great attention of the state. In order to solve this problem and to meet the interests and social needs of students, many areas have broken the traditional mode of setting up items in the "rising" examination of physical education and set up swimming events. In order to give full play to the role of swimming in strengthening the physique of young people. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the swimming examination in the middle school entrance examination in Fujian Province, taking eight areas where the swimming project is to be set up in the middle school entrance examination in Fujian Province in 2014 and eight areas in the middle school entrance examination. It provides reference suggestions for the better implementation of swimming events in Fujian Province, promotes the better development of mass swimming, and then promotes the healthy development of the body and mind of young students. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) it is very necessary for Fujian Province to set up swimming events in middle school entrance examination sports. (2) Fujian Province has certain feasible conditions for setting up swimming events in middle school entrance examination sports. However, the feasible conditions still need to be strengthened and expanded. (3) there are some shortcomings in the implementation scheme of sports swimming in Fujian Province, such as scoring standard, scoring mode, scoring grade, examination rules, examination methods, examination work details and so on. It needs to be improved and improved. (4) the front-line physical education teachers in Fujian Province and the backbone teachers of physical education in Guopei Middle School put forward a lot of valuable opinions and suggestions on the establishment of swimming items in middle school entrance examination sports, and most of them support the establishment of swimming events in middle school entrance examination sports. We should support the establishment of swimming courses, but we should gradually realize them step by step. (5) the positioning of swimming in the middle school entrance examination is not accurate, so that teachers and students in the school can not correctly understand the swimming in the middle school entrance examination, which deviates from the central idea of life safety education. It affects the development of swimming in the middle school entrance examination. (6) venues and facilities, the importance of the school, the quality of social swimming training, the qualifications of teachers to teach swimming, and students' understanding of swimming in the middle school entrance examination all have an impact on the implementation of swimming in the middle school entrance examination.
