【摘要】：通過對山東省部分農(nóng)村小學高年級、初級中學的校園欺凌現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查研究發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)村中小學生校園欺凌問卷得分低于平均水平,按照欺凌方式的得分由高到低排序依次為語言欺凌、身體欺凌、關系欺凌、網(wǎng)絡欺凌,按照校園欺凌事件參與主體意識的強弱排序依次為旁觀者、被欺凌者、欺凌者。引發(fā)校園欺凌事件的原因是多方面的,主要包括家庭教養(yǎng)方式的粗放、班級小團體的影響、畸形文化的荼毒等。校園欺凌會影響學生的行為習慣、道德觀念和心理健康水平。為了遏制校園欺凌,促進農(nóng)村中小學生身心健康成長,需要建立家庭教育保護系統(tǒng),促成家校教育合力;明確教師職責與權限,建立防治校園欺凌有效機制;制定校園欺凌法律法規(guī),加強責任督導與追究。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation and study on the current situation of campus bullying in senior and junior middle schools in some rural primary schools in Shandong Province, it is found that the scores of campus bullying questionnaire of rural primary and secondary school students are below the average level. According to the order of bullying, language bullying, physical bullying, relationship bullying, cyber bullying, and the order of subjective consciousness of campus bullying events were bystanders, bullies and bullies. There are many reasons for campus bullying, including the extensive family upbringing, the influence of class small groups, the poison of deformed culture and so on. Bullying on campus can affect students' behavior habits, moral concepts and mental health. In order to curb bullying on campus and promote the growth of physical and mental health of primary and secondary school students in rural areas, it is necessary to establish a family education protection system, promote the joint force of home-school education, clarify the responsibilities and authority of teachers, and establish an effective mechanism to prevent and control bullying on campus. Formulate campus bullying laws and regulations, strengthen responsibility supervision and investigation.
