合肥市初中男生50米跑成績(jī)變化特征及影響因素研究

【摘要】:本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、測(cè)試法、訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,對(duì)安徽省合肥市初中男生50米跑成績(jī)變化特征及影響因素進(jìn)行探究。選取合肥市第四十五中學(xué)、長(zhǎng)豐縣城關(guān)中學(xué)和雙墩鎮(zhèn)初級(jí)中學(xué)為測(cè)試學(xué)校,對(duì)其初一、初二、初三各年級(jí)30位男生(隨機(jī)抽取)的50米跑分別進(jìn)行了前后三次測(cè)試,通過(guò)觀察對(duì)比三所中學(xué)各年級(jí)男生50米成績(jī)變化的趨勢(shì),探究合肥市初中男生50米跑成績(jī)的變化特征。同時(shí)從學(xué)生、家庭、學(xué)校三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析合肥市初中男生50米跑成績(jī)的影響因素。最后對(duì)相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),提出相應(yīng)建議。這不僅為初中生速度素質(zhì)發(fā)展的理論層面增加相關(guān)的內(nèi)容,也對(duì)初中男生速度素質(zhì)科學(xué)訓(xùn)練提供一定的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)作用。研究結(jié)果表明:1.合肥市初中男生50米跑成績(jī)的變化特征主要表現(xiàn)為自然增長(zhǎng)性、階段性、遞增性、不穩(wěn)定性、不平衡性。整體處于快速發(fā)展階段,但由于年齡的差異、地區(qū)的差異表現(xiàn)出不同段的學(xué)生具有明顯的差異。2.合肥市城鄉(xiāng)初中男生之間的50米跑成績(jī)變化幅度存在嚴(yán)重不平衡性,在50米跑成績(jī)的增長(zhǎng)總幅度上城市高于鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)。3.影響合肥市初中男生50米跑成績(jī)變化的因素是多方面的,主要有內(nèi)部和外部?jī)煞矫?內(nèi)部因素主要為學(xué)生自身因素,包括家族遺傳、身體形態(tài)、個(gè)人體育意識(shí)和行為;外部因素主要包括家庭因素和學(xué)校因素。這幾個(gè)方面的因素因素是相互聯(lián)系的,共同影響這學(xué)生的速度素質(zhì)發(fā)展。4.合肥市的學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)對(duì)體育的重要性認(rèn)識(shí)尚不夠充分,體育意識(shí)較薄弱,同時(shí)在體育參與程度上也比較欠缺,沒(méi)有良好的體育鍛煉習(xí)慣,需要從思想和行動(dòng)上加強(qiáng)對(duì)體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的支持和參與。5.合肥市區(qū)和鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)水平不同,對(duì)學(xué)校體育基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的投入和重視程度存在較大差距,導(dǎo)致了城鄉(xiāng)學(xué)生在速度素質(zhì)等方面的發(fā)展存在較大差異。
[Abstract]:Based on the methods of literature, test, interview, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics, this paper probes into the change characteristics and influencing factors of 50 meter race achievement of junior high school boys in Hefei, Anhui Province. Taking Hefei No. 45 Middle School, Changfeng Chengguan Middle School and Shuangduanzhen Junior Middle School as test schools, the 50-meter race of 30 male students (randomly selected) in the first, second and third grades of the first, second and third grade of the school were tested respectively. By observing and comparing the change trend of boys' 50-meter performance in three middle schools, this paper probes into the changing characteristics of boys' 50-meter running performance in Hefei junior middle school. At the same time, the author investigated and analyzed the influencing factors of 50 meters running achievement of junior high school boys in Hefei from three aspects: student, family and school. Finally, the related problems are summarized and the corresponding suggestions are put forward. This not only adds relevant contents to the theoretical level of junior high school students' speed quality development, but also provides some practical guidance for junior high school boys' speed quality scientific training. The results show that: 1. The change characteristics of boys' 50-meter race in Hefei junior high school are natural growth, stage, increasing, instability and unbalance. The whole is in the rapid development stage, but because of the age difference, the regional difference shows the different stage student has the obvious difference. 2. There is a serious imbalance in the range of the change of the 50-meter race achievement between the boys in the middle school in Hefei city and the city is higher than the township in the total increase range of the 50-meter running result. There are many factors that influence the change of boys' 50-meter running performance in Hefei junior high school, including internal and external factors, including family heredity, body shape, personal sports consciousness and behavior. External factors mainly include family factors and school factors. These aspects of the factors are interrelated, jointly affect the speed of the development of the quality of the students. 4. The students and parents in Hefei have not enough understanding of the importance of physical education, the consciousness of physical education is weak, the degree of participation in physical education is also relatively deficient, and there is no good habit of physical exercise. There is a need to strengthen ideological and operational support and participation in sports. 5. The economic level of Hefei is different from that of towns and cities, and there is a big gap in the investment and attention to the physical education infrastructure of schools, which leads to the great difference in the development of students' speed and quality between urban and rural areas.
