武漢市部分中學(xué)學(xué)生體適能差異分析研究

【摘要】:本論文研究過程中,針對(duì)性地設(shè)計(jì)了體適能問卷調(diào)查,通過從學(xué)校的場(chǎng)館面積、生均使用面積、體育教師人數(shù)、學(xué)生鍛煉時(shí)間與學(xué)生身體反應(yīng)狀況、學(xué)生鍛煉場(chǎng)所、鍛煉方式、家庭成員鍛煉影響、學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)設(shè)定、學(xué)生鍛煉意愿、素質(zhì)課的開展和健康體適能測(cè)試等方面構(gòu)成了完整的調(diào)查方案,進(jìn)一步揭示武漢市部分中學(xué)不同層級(jí)學(xué)生體適能差異的原因。選取的對(duì)象分別是湖北省武漢市武昌區(qū)三所具有代表性的學(xué)校:一所湖北省省級(jí)示范優(yōu)質(zhì)高中華中師范大學(xué)第一附屬中學(xué),一所是省級(jí)示范高中武漢市第十四中學(xué),一所是市級(jí)示范高中武漢市第三十九中。反映當(dāng)前教育活動(dòng)下15-18歲在校學(xué)生健康體適能的真實(shí)情況及發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題。武漢市不同層級(jí)中學(xué)學(xué)生健康體適能情況是不是由于學(xué)校教育教學(xué)差異而產(chǎn)生了不同?武漢市不同層級(jí)中學(xué)學(xué)生健康體適能的差異是不是文化成績(jī)的差異就必然導(dǎo)致健康體適能的差異?武漢市不同層級(jí)學(xué)中學(xué)學(xué)生健康體適能的差異是不是學(xué)生對(duì)健康認(rèn)識(shí)不同導(dǎo)致的差異?武漢市不同層級(jí)中學(xué)學(xué)生健康體適能的差異是不是來源于家庭因素?通過針對(duì)性的健康體適能問卷調(diào)查、通過健康體適能測(cè)試等數(shù)據(jù)分析,得出以下結(jié)論:1、不同層級(jí)的學(xué)校在校園配套運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施、學(xué)生日常鍛煉時(shí)間、學(xué)生喜歡的運(yùn)動(dòng)形式、學(xué)生終身鍛煉的意識(shí)、家長(zhǎng)對(duì)學(xué)生鍛煉的影響都有所不同。2、三所學(xué)校的學(xué)生區(qū)別在于中考后所上的不同類別的高中來區(qū)分,除了在中考成績(jī)外有所差別,三所學(xué)校的學(xué)生在實(shí)際研究中存在著不同層級(jí)的青少年健康體適能差異。3、省級(jí)優(yōu)質(zhì)高中、省級(jí)示范高中、市級(jí)示范高中學(xué)生在鍛煉意識(shí)、鍛煉時(shí)間、鍛煉效果上的差異,探究不同層級(jí)的高中生學(xué)習(xí)壓力、學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)設(shè)定不同導(dǎo)致健康體適能的差別。4、通過高效課堂教學(xué)有利于改善體適能現(xiàn)狀,大力推行素質(zhì)學(xué)分改革、增加體育課程、提供不同類別的體育選修課程,讓不同層級(jí)的學(xué)生積極參與體育鍛煉。5、落實(shí)好各項(xiàng)利于學(xué)生發(fā)展的法規(guī),幫助學(xué)生進(jìn)一步了解、掌握鍛煉的方式方法,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生加強(qiáng)日常鍛煉,根植學(xué)生終生鍛煉的信念。
[Abstract]:In the course of the research, the author designed the questionnaire of physical fitness according to the area of gymnasium, the area of average use of students, the number of physical education teachers, the time of students' exercise and the state of students' physical reaction, the place of students' exercise, the way of exercise. Family members' exercise influence, learning goal setting, students' exercise intention, the development of quality classes and the test of health and physical fitness constitute the complete investigation program. Further reveal the reasons for the differences of students' physical fitness at different levels in some middle schools in Wuhan. The selected objects are three representative schools in Wuchang District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province: a provincial model high school in Hubei Province, the first affiliated Middle School of Central China normal University, and the 14th Middle School of Wuhan City, a provincial model high school. One is the city model high school Wuhan City 39. Reflects the current educational activities of 15-18-year-old students in the physical fitness of the real situation and found problems. Is the health and physical fitness of middle school students at different levels in Wuhan different due to the differences in school education and teaching? Is the difference of students' Health and physical Fitness in different levels of Middle School in Wuhan necessarily the result of Cultural Achievement? Is the difference of students' health fitness in different levels of middle school in Wuhan due to the difference of students' understanding of health? Does the difference of health and physical fitness of middle school students at different levels in Wuhan come from family factors? Through the questionnaire survey of health fitness and the data analysis of fitness test, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1. Different levels of schools in the campus supporting sports facilities, students' daily exercise time, students like sports form, and so on, the following conclusions are drawn: 1, different levels of schools in the campus sports facilities, students' daily exercise time, students like to exercise form. The students' consciousness of lifelong exercise and the influence of parents on students' exercise are all different. 2. The difference among the students of the three schools lies in the different types of high schools they attend after the middle school examination, except for the results in the middle school exams. There are differences in the physical fitness of adolescents at different levels among the students in the three schools. 3There are differences in exercise consciousness, exercise time and exercise effect among the students of provincial high school, provincial model high school, and municipal model high school. Exploring the learning pressure of high school students at different levels, and setting different learning goals lead to the difference of health and physical fitness. 4. Through efficient classroom teaching, we can improve the current situation of physical fitness, vigorously carry out the quality credit reform, and increase the physical education curriculum. To provide different types of elective courses for physical education, to enable students at different levels to actively participate in physical exercise. 5. To implement various laws and regulations conducive to the development of students, and to help students further understand and master the ways and methods of exercise. Guide students to strengthen their daily exercise and cultivate their beliefs of lifelong exercise.
