高中思想政治課培養(yǎng)學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)的研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今世界,創(chuàng)業(yè)型經(jīng)濟(jì)已成為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要模式。與之相適應(yīng)的教育也提出,要以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新精神和實(shí)踐能力為重點(diǎn),促進(jìn)學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展。因此,學(xué)校在各科教學(xué)中開始高度重視對學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)。毫無疑問,高中思想政治課就擔(dān)當(dāng)了此重任,因為與其他學(xué)科相比,高中思想政治課的課程性質(zhì)、目標(biāo)和教學(xué)內(nèi)容決定了其在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)方面具有獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢和價值。目前,在高中思想政治課教學(xué)中,加強(qiáng)對學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng),已成為高中政治教師需要認(rèn)真研究和解決的重要課題。本文主要是針對在高中思想政治課教學(xué)中如何有效地培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)進(jìn)行探討。文章首先闡述了創(chuàng)業(yè)、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育和創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)的相關(guān)概念,創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)的構(gòu)成及其培養(yǎng)的主要特征;其次,重點(diǎn)分析了高中思想政治課在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)方面的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢和價值,分別從思想政治學(xué)科教學(xué)內(nèi)容的生活性、實(shí)用性,教材編排設(shè)計的科學(xué)性、合理性,知識范圍的廣泛性、社會性,知識體系的哲理性、邏輯性,課程設(shè)置的目標(biāo)性、方向性幾個方面來分析:再次,通過文獻(xiàn)研究法、問卷調(diào)查法、比較研究法等,分析目前在思想政治課教學(xué)中學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)存在的問題及原因;最后,重點(diǎn)提出在高中思想政治課教學(xué)中培養(yǎng)學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)的對策:通過轉(zhuǎn)變教育教學(xué)觀念:改變教學(xué)方式,優(yōu)化教學(xué)方法;改善學(xué)習(xí)方式,鼓勵學(xué)生求異思維;通過相關(guān)知識點(diǎn)滲透創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng);積極參加社會實(shí)踐;構(gòu)建學(xué)校、家長、社會三者的合力;充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生社團(tuán)的作用;開發(fā)校本課程;建立科學(xué)合理的評價體系。以上幾點(diǎn)對策的提出既立足于“小課堂”,利用課堂教學(xué)滲透對學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng),又放眼于“大課堂”,在社會實(shí)踐活動中鍛煉和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)能力和創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)。創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的過程是一個系統(tǒng)的過程,只有將“小課堂”與“大課堂”有機(jī)地結(jié)合起來,才能在思想政治課教學(xué)中全面有效地培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)。希望本文提出的幾點(diǎn)對策對在高中思想政治課教學(xué)中加強(qiáng)對學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)具有一定的借鑒和指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, entrepreneurial economy has become the main mode of economic development in the world. The corresponding education also suggests that the emphasis should be on cultivating students' innovative spirit and practical ability to promote their all-round development. Therefore, the school began to attach great importance to the cultivation of students'entrepreneurial quality in the teaching of various subjects. There is no doubt that the ideological and political course in senior high school plays this important role, because compared with other subjects, the nature, goal and teaching content of the ideological and political course in senior high school determine its unique advantage and value in cultivating students' entrepreneurial quality. At present, in the high school ideological and political teaching, strengthening the cultivation of students' entrepreneurial quality has become an important subject for high school political teachers to study and solve. This paper mainly discusses how to train students' entrepreneurial quality effectively in high school ideological and political teaching. This paper first expounds the related concepts of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial quality, the composition of entrepreneurial quality and its main characteristics, secondly, analyzes the unique advantages and values of ideological and political courses in cultivating students' entrepreneurial quality. From the aspects of life, practicability, science and rationality of textbook arrangement and design, universality of knowledge scope, sociality, philosophy and logic of knowledge system, objective of curriculum, Third, through the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, comparative research and so on, this paper analyzes the existing problems and reasons of cultivating students' entrepreneurial quality in ideological and political teaching. The countermeasures of cultivating students' entrepreneurial quality in the course of ideological and political teaching in senior high school are put forward as follows: changing the concept of education and teaching, changing teaching methods, optimizing teaching methods, improving learning methods, encouraging students to think differently; Through the relevant knowledge points to infiltrate the cultivation of entrepreneurial quality; actively participate in social practice; construct the resultant force of school, parents and society; give full play to the role of student associations; develop school-based curriculum; and establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system. The above countermeasures are based on the "small classroom", using classroom teaching to infiltrate the cultivation of students' entrepreneurial quality, but also to focus on the "big classroom" to train and cultivate students' entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial quality in social practice activities. The process of cultivating entrepreneurial quality is a systematic process. Only by organically combining "small class" with "big class" can students' entrepreneurial quality be fully and effectively cultivated in ideological and political teaching. It is hoped that the countermeasures put forward in this paper will be helpful to strengthen the cultivation of students' entrepreneurial quality in the course of ideological and political teaching in senior high school.
